thank you for taking choosing KoSea for your accommodation. Please allow us to make some notes regarding your review which we find highly unfair. On the third day of your stay and after being accommodated in the booked room type, which is the standard Deluxe, you reached the reception desk requesting for an upgrade. As advised from our colleague on shift at that time, no availability occurred for the remaining days of your stay on another room type as during high season the hotel is fully booked. After being polity advised regarding the lack of availability you continued your stay in the originally booked room type without ever mentioning any other inconvenience or reason for dissatisfaction for the rest of your stay. Please also allow me to mention that the fact sheets, descriptions and photos of the hotel and rooms are accurate and the tour operators (as your reservation was delivered to us by a 3rd party partner) have all the information available regarding the room types, the view and the location of the rooms.
We respect that the noise tolerance of each individual differs, therefore should the issue with the noise as mentioned in your review was brought to our attention we would have gladly change the room of yours with one of the same room type. Given that the only issue reported to the reception desk was the location of the room and as no further issue was reported, taking also under consideration the lack of availability for a room with view, no room change applied for the last days of your stay.
Let us take this opportunity to encourage you and all our future guests to turn to the management during their stay whenever their experience does not meet their expectations, by stating all the facts that could contribute to an exceptional stay.
