Many thanks for your review. Your opinion as an opinion of repeat guest is extremely important to us. We feel saddened as we let you down this time. We are sincerely sorry for all kind of inconveniences you have experienced during your stay. Indeed there are some concept changes occures from year to yaer and though it may not be obvious from the first sight but they are all done with best intenetions. Removing some services we add another ones, for example we opened sandwich bar on ground floor, our Loundge Snack Restaurant started to serve evening meal, there is breakfast possibiity at the terrace of River Suites building started to be available this year.
It was great to read that you found our barmaid Çiğdem professional and welcoming, we are sure your review will make her day. Many thanks for the praise and kind words you have addressed to few other hotel departments , we will definitely share your comments among them. We have duly noted your comments and will evaluate these with our team for improvement measures wherever possible and necessary.
