We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us due to the furniture in your room. We are updating our rooms continuously and all or most of them now have lots of improvements such as new paint, flooring, bathrooms, large flat screen TVs, curtains and more including excellent WiFi reception. While we have plans in the works to update our furniture too, our current ones are very comfortable and many guests tell us they sleep well and spend quality leisure time in their rooms.
We have many choices on our breakfast menu and would have loved to tailor is as best as we could for your preference given the opportunity. Most of our guests find our options plentiful.
We offered you alternatives to try and make your happy including a full refund and arrangement of a more posh hotel however you decided to stay because of our views, setup and for being a very good value for money. We wish there was something else we could have done. Our goal is to do everything within our ability to ensure an enjoyable stay with us.
