We are sorry to hear that you had a few problems with our service.
At our hotel we offer a great range of breakfast choices, over 60 different products including gluten free food and products dedicated to food intolerances.
We, as many other hotels do, offer a menu à al carte for the guests who prefer to choose something else besides what the buffet offers.
You decide to have a different eggs choice, from our menu list, therefore we charged your incidentals, even if "we are a 4 star hotel". This is a logic and reasonable method that is used also from 5 star luxury hotel!!
We encourage them to inform us beforehand if there are any special products they would like to find for breakfast which we gladly provide.
