we are glad that you were pleased with both the high levels of cleanliness in your room along with the comfort of your bed and room amenities.
We are sorry that the lack of a tea and coffee service created some distress.
Had you brought this to the attention of our diligent staff, we would have been able to make an exception and loan one to you for the duration of your groups’ stay.
We say ‘exception’ because while many of our rooms come with the tea and coffee station, some room types do not.
They are all clearly stated on the room descriptions that are visible at the time of booking, however, your tour agency may not have communicated this to you all so it came as a surprise.
For the TV, there is a listing in the TV itself, or if the type of channel or station that you were searching for was not easily found, a simple call to our Reception or a quick look on the internet would have surely provided the channel number for you.
We are happy that you enjoyed the breakfast experience and especially our freshly-brewed Italian coffee!
There is a wide variety of breakfast options in a bid to cater to all the dietary preferences and necessities our guests may have!
We are sorry to hear that your door handles fell off of the bathroom door!

Our cleaners test the hair dryers when they are outfitting and cleaning the rooms between guests, so likewise, we hope that this was remedied as speedily once you let our staff or your tour guide know.
As with the tea and coffee facilities, not all of our room types are equipped with a bathtub.
This would have been something to make your travel agent aware of when they reserved your specific room type.
We always encourage our guests to speak up about any dissatisfaction they may face during their stay so that we may address it or explain any uncertainty.
We are indeed a 4-star hotel and have worked hard to fit all aspects of the rating system both through the Italian hotel industry, but also on the level of European tourism.
Though star ratings may vary from country to country, there is still an overall list one must check for each classification, passing a fixed series of criteria, services, and amenities.
If our hotel had half of the free services, amenities, and options that we currently offer, then we would perhaps fall to a 3-star rating.
Fortunately, we are firmly at a 4-star classifications.
