Dear valued customers, thank you for your kind words regarding our hotel. We are very sorry that you had bad experience with our staff. Let me remind you that upon your arrival, you were informed that the room towels are to remain in your room and are changed every second day after your arrival. The pool/beach towels were given to you at the beginning of your stay, and you were asked to keep them throughout your short stay until your departure. You requested new towels in your room daily, and we provided them with great pleasure. Pool/beach towels are recyclable and are available daily after 11 a.m. in the basket at the pool area. The bed linens and towels, as well as the mattresses, are from Coco-mat and are in perfect condition. As for the photo you took of the duvets with cigarette holes, we inform you that in every arrival, they are inspected by two people from our staff. You obviously created these holes accidentally with your electronic cigarette. Regarding the rude staff you mentioned, let me remind you that you were found as a family entering our storage areas, both the supply and the linen storage, unfolding the sheets and towels, throwing them on the floor, opening others, and searching in our utility rooms. Therefore, as expected, you were reprimanded by our staff. Finally, regarding the check-out, you did not request late check out. Your taxi, which you requested, arrived at 11:30 a.m. to pick you up. It is a pity that you did not enjoy our beautiful island and stayed at the hotel the entire time, looking for something to be dissatisfied with.
