Vernissage Pazarı’na bakan hoş bir kafe. Buraya öğle yemeği için geldik, ortam çok güzeldi. Yemekler kusursuzdu. Restoran, yemeğin sonunda bizi Ermeni baklava ile şaşırttı. Harika bir tecrübe.

Bu kafe, içeri girdiğim andan itibaren kendimi evimde hissettirdi. Servis samimi ve kişiseldi ve personele deneyiminizi gerçekten önemsediğini söyleyebilirsiniz. Wow, you really know how to make us blush! We’re thrilled that walking into our café felt like coming home—minus the “where are my keys?” panic, of course. Our secret? El sanatları pazarına gitmeden önce bu restoranı öğle yemeği için rastgele seçtim. Dostum, işe başladığınız andan itibaren olağanüstü bir deneyimdi. Mekân çok konforlu ve sakin bir atmosfere sahipti. Garson gerçekten çok cana yakındı. Dürüst olmak gerekirse, yemekler basit ama çok lezzetliydi, özellikle de ızgara sebzeleri! Patlıcanlı köpüklü şarap özel ve içilmesi kolaydı. Ayrıca burada öğle yemeğim sırasında olağanüstü konukseverliğini de deneyimledim.
Yerevan’dan ayrılmadan önce kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim.

Üç kez Yerevan’ı ziyaret ettim ve bu sefer ailem de benimle birlikte. Yerevan’a yaptığımız tatilde çok sayıda farklı restoranda yemek yedik ancak en iyi tercihim Buzand Cafe Restoranı.
Buzand Cafe Restaurant, yalnızca yemek yemenin ötesinde duyuları cezbedecek sürükleyici bir deneyimdir. Ortam, kapıdan içeri girdiğiniz andan itibaren unutulmaz bir yemek deneyimi için mükemmel bir ortam yaratır. Sıcak ve çekici açık havada oturma alanlarını içeren restoranın çağdaş tasarımı, zarif bir şekilde zarifliği ve rahatlığı bir araya getiriyor.
Buzand Cafe Restaurant’ta sunulan hizmet kusursuzdu. Garsonumuz Tamara bizi heyecanla menüde gösterdi ve yalnızca tercihlerimize uygun ürünler önerdi. Aynı anda özenli ve bilgiliydi. Çalışanların, müşterilere harika bir yemek deneyimi sunmaya içtenlikle önem verdiği çok açık.
Yemeklerden biraz bahsedelim: Buzand Cafe Restaurant’ın yemekleri lezzetli. Yenilikçi teknikler ve mevsimlik malzemeler, menüde kutlanır. Yemeğimize, rengarenk ve dokularlı bir patlama sunan, peynirli beyaz peynirli büyük Yunan Salatası ile başladık. Mükemmel meyve suları, peynirin serinletici ve lezzetli olmasını sağlayan feta peynirinin kremalı zenginliğiyle birleşti.
