This hotel is at one of the central roundabouts of Now Shahr from where you can walk the boulevard towards the beach (30 min). The price is reasonable for what you get. Spacy clean rooms, good breakfast included. The service is hospitable, although the staff is a little unpleasant pushy, probably due to their lack of guests. If you are on the way through and need a stay in Now Shahr, this is not a bad choice.

I have to start commenting from the expectations some people have, This was a 2 star hotel located in the heart of NowShahr a beautiful quite beach town and honestly I could not expect them to service us like a 5 star hotel! It's a nice clean place to stay for 3-4 days to explore the town and since we were mostly out in the town and the beach so price was fair and less expensive comparing to others but the location is amazing. We tried their dining at the lower level restaurant and the food was phenomenal all organic and healthy fresh fish from the ocean near by! Staff were super helpful and friendly and the town was extremely safe...We got a great deal so stayed 4 nights! Room service was on time as well, My fiancé wanted an item from a cross street store and the lady who does the room service offered to walk there and get it for us! Overall we were satisfied and recommend this place oh and almost forget to mention the nature and clean weather of this town! Especial thanks to the general manager We forgot his name but the gentleman with the beard... Great experience NowShahr and Shalizar hotel ✌🏻🤘🏼

Il peggior hotel del nostro viaggio in Iran all'ultima tappa non è il massimo ma neanche si può dimenticare. Punti a favore: vista dalla terrazza dell'hotel sulla piazza principale con palme e volendo su uno spicchio del mar caspio e del porto. Fine dei punti a favore. Il resto un disastro L'hotel nonostante recenti ristrutturazioni pare in caduta libera. I prezzi non si capiscono e non sono mai gli stessi neanche mentre stai pagando. Le camere decisamente sporche e, prima volta anche per noi visto che non ci era ancora capitato, le lenzuola nn sono di tessuto ma sintetiche usa e getta tipo quelle dei treni di notte. La colazione che ci dicono (e ci confermano a mezzanotte prima di salire in camera) a partire dalle 7 di mattina. Noi scendiamo alle 7 e 30 e praticamente svegliamo l'addetto alla reception che ci dice no, no, colazione alle 8 e 30. Il resto tipo strani personaggi che si aggirano per l'hotel tra finte guide e finti maestri di corano tralasciamo. Il tutto per euro 50. Sinceramente poche volte li abbiamo spesi così male!!

Biz burada başka seçeneğimiz yoktu. Çok pahalı ve kirli. Oda temiz değildi ve oda boyunca bir kez bir düzeltmeye bile yeltenmedi. TV çalışmadı ve personel tarafından rahatsız olduğunu hissettik. Bu hiç tavsiye etmem!

If you decide to visit Noshahr, this hotel is a good option. It offers clean and relatively spacious rooms overlooking central azadi square (some with tiny balconies) at reasonable prices (discounts for multiple nights).
I definitely can not agree in the former rating (maybe beacause the owner changed) because the receptionist we met was friendly, speaks some english - although not very talkative, but definitely not pushy.
Beach is about a 20min walk away and has clean sand and lots of improvised tea and waterpipe stalls with evening campfires directly located at the shore.
Tips:
- Bus station is out of town along the highway. There are several services to Tehran each day (incl. VIP, 4-5hrs). Taxi coasts 80'000 Rials from centre. More connections could be found in near Chalus.
- Excellent restaurant near the hotel is "Hasan Raschtii", 3min walk away.
