Terrible place to go, we ordered mbuzi choma and it was served very cold, we complained and we were expecting at least an apology, very unprofessional and unfriendly staff we were left unattended by the staff for a long time and we had to complain to the manager, also the washrooms are very dirty and are not flushable, on top of that we were given a bill too high for such a poor service.

oooh ! my ! this is the place I was missing. the gazebos offer lots of privacy and the good waiter that attended to us was lovely. I enjoyed the food as hot and fresh as it was .The ambience will waaaau you. My daughter had a blast and that made my birthday complete .I will come back again and again .Thank you Entarakuet !

The worst place to visit, they lack minor etiquette words like saying "sorry". We ordered fish and in the middle of eating, we noticed the fish wasn't fresh. And the supervisor acknowledges that it was not but says there is nothing she can do about it.
We at least expected a sorry. It has taken me a full 3 days to get my stomach better from the unfresh fish.
Who in this error just serves chicken neck thats not well cooked with chips unless ordered?
I WILL NEVER VISIT OR RECOMMEND SOMEONE.

Spent a weekend there with the kids and it was very relaxing. Medium sized room but very comfortable! Safe pool and playground, friendly service and had a lot of space for walking around. Would recommend 100%!

Had a bad experience. Came in with children promised they will give us food in an hours time but that wasn't the case. We waited for 2 hours. They brought the meals in intervals and ugali and kachumbari came when we had finished our mbuzi choma and kuku fry. All this time no apologies. When we asked them to pack our bones they exchanged all our chicken Bones with some other bones that our dogs struggled to eat. Then the bill had 2 extra delmonte juices that we didn't order including the kachumbari that came late and we never ate. It was our first and last time to visit.
