I’m writing this review as we have recently got back from Turkey booked via TUI and there were certain details I tried to find info about but failed.. so future guest may find it helpful.
1. The pool is one depth and I’d guess 1.6m 2. There is no WiFi even though TUI advertised it, it appears to only be Villa’s 5-6.. not 4. 3. You NEED a hire car 4. There isn’t an oven, it’s a microwave/grill hob 5. Don’t hold your breath for the BBQ either 6. The house cleaners turn up whenever they feel like it - even at 3pm when your all showering/dressing to go out?
This is certainly not a negative review, we had a fabulous time. The Villa is immaculate each bedroom has an en-suite with shower. There is two hairdryers.
I think some kind of welcome/info pack would come in handy and save you wasting time hunting for a WiFi code and going to the local shops and buying food that you can’t cook. Info about litter would also come in handy!
If you’re not hiring a car, there is a button on the outside gate that will call a cab and the cabs are literally 2mins away.
A couple of tips; mirage & Shiraz are lovely local restaurants. If you want shopping go to SOK or A101 don’t bother with Migros Jet. The waterpark is literally walking distance expensive but a great day, it’s not just water slides there’s a wave pool, great food offerings, kids area. The local beach at Oludeniz is pebbles and sunbeds are expensive but there are sections further down than you can just use your towel. The Fethiye Bazaar is amazing - definitely recommend picking up some fruit/veg for your stay super cheap! And they do accept Turkish Lira and £/€ we were warned to just take £€ but they don’t mind!
Also Dalaman airport McDonald’s, do yourself a favour just DONT.

So I don’t normally write reviews but as this was our fist villa holiday as a family I thought I could share some helpful info.
We stayed here in Ovacik for 7 nights in august 2022 with 2 adults, 4 children (aged 10-17) and a toddler. Overall it was good and we would probably come back.
The Orka Four Seasons area is dominated by villas and apartments. It’s all modern and some are privately owned and lived in but most seem to be rented out as holiday accommodation. The Orka World Waterpark is on the doorstep which was a bonus (it’s already huge but is currently being extended to be even bigger!) The Main street in Ovacik is a long stretch of road with supermarkets, restaurants and bars spread along it - we chose to head into Hissaranu on an evening as this was the main Centre and only 5 minutes in a taxi.
You really need a car to stay here. You can just about walk to a supermarket but much easier to have a car especially if you are trying to shop for a big family! The taxis are great though and we made good use of them in the evenings to go into Hissaranu - there are taxi call points and one happened to be on the tree behind the villa - all seems odd the first time but the taxi turns up within a few minutes and it was 60 lira into Hissarunu which was about £3 so good value. Olu Deniz beach is about the same distance again and was 100 lira. There are set taxi fares so no need to haggle!
Hissarnu is the main hub of the place - loads of shops selling trainers, sports clothing, handbags etc - all really good prices. Huge choice of bars and restaurants too - very friendly staff and food was always really good. Decent value too.
We were told by TUI we were going to be in villa 1 but ended up in villa 4. I think they’re all the same in terms of size etc but villa 1 looked to have newer garden furniture, a large built in bbq and a parking space which would have been helpful.
Some of the villas are privately owned and lived in, others rented out.
Positives - these are large modern villas (4 beds, 4 bathrooms, 5 balconies) well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle etc), big pool and very private. During our week the pool was checked and cleaned 3 times by a maintenance bloke, a gardener came once and a housekeeper left fresh towels in the middle of the week - they all came early morning and didn’t disturb.
However the air conditioning didn’t work in 2 bedrooms, bbq was a small portable tray that was no use for a large family, only 1 balcony had furniture, no internet in the villa (was advertised as having super fast broadband?!) no toaster and no dishcloths. For us the air con and the internet were frustrating issues.
We got around the internet issue by logging onto the neighbours Wi-Fi (we had to go back to the Orka hotel to get the password which was a chew on). It worked ok for the week but we found we all had to sit in one corner of the villa!
Overall, a good sized modern villa with big pool.
