I have booked online for one week stay in Ankara , I chose this hotel for it's location and price , I liked the pictures of the hotel it looked nice and neat, I came and I enjoyed my stay here, staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast was perfect, even during Ramadan they provided us with a meal for( Sohoor) , internet was good , service was good , they take care of everything and care about customers satisfaction , I extended my booking due to my work and my papers for residence ,they helped me a lot in every single meaning. I highly recommend the hotel for it's location and price and services for people who are looking for short residence for work and business, I really felt like family and in my home country.:) Special thanks goes to Mr Cihan the general manager and Mr Umit the owner for the efforts they did to help me getting my work done .…

We booked our suite direct with the hotel and then found it was cheaper on line. The reception staff were disinterested once we had checked in. Waiting times for the single lift were up to 8 minutes and customers as well as many staff were not adhering to the COVID rules posted in the hotel. We did not eat the breakfast on either of the two days we stayed - the first visit to the breakfast restaurant was 50 minutes before closing and there was hardly any food left. After complaining to the hotel manager and arriving earlier for breakfast the next day, there was a little more food available, but it was unappealing. We went out to local restaurants for breakfast on both days. We booked a suite as we wanted a larger room than the standard double room. In it there was a very large and comfortable bed, one dining type chair, one armchair, small coffee table, large TV, tea/coffee making facilities and two bottles of water provided. The small balcony had one broken chair on it. The shower room was clean and had a very good large shower. There was no written information available,in any language in the room, including telephone numbers for reception. This was the worst of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Ankara and the most expensive!…

Dirty rooms. Hair in the sheets! When u ask them to change it is not even possible. It’s The middle of the night I am changing my own sheeets! They even send smaller sheet for big size bed! It takes for 10 minutes to reach the reception again! Such a mistake to stay here! I will ever never!

Yenilenen UK Ankara otelinden tam anlamı ile memnun kaldım. Otel çok yeni. Size kısa dönem konaklama ihtiyacınızın taamını sunuyor. Odalar 2 kişi için çok konforlu. Tek eksik minibarların boş olması olabilir.
