Visited with my Kids for new years .The location is good and the views were great especially at night . This is a great place to come and unwind away from the hustle of the city .
Rooms - The rooms were good and clean .Showers were hot but one needed to be patient to get the hot water. I would recommend they introduce a coffee station in the rooms and a Tv
Wifi - Wifi was available all over but was weak.Considering they are expanding the lodge i would recommend to get better booster/ a stronger wifi otherwise it will not work .
Food - The food was normal nothing to write home about . Considering this was new years i would have expected the hotel to go out of their way to make it special for the guests . The experience during this period was UNDERWHELMING .
Staff- They had amazing staff both at the restaurants and the rooms .Any issues we had were resolved very fast. Thank you .
Would recommend to add more activities like archery , game rooms , board games , bicycles etc.
This is a good place to come and unwind . Just pull all the stops especially during major holidays like xmas , new year , easter etc to make it extra special .

I visited with family and friends and we were quite happy with the nice location. About 7 kilometres drive off the main tarmac highway. A dirt road that's fairly well maintained.
Kids of course loved the pool. The food, kudos to the chef! But the servings!!! Wah! We were told the kids were served too much( it was buffet). Our protestations fell on deaf ears and we had to pay to quite a tidy some for our lunch top up. Never have I had to do that. We were promised that further portions would be generous and they kept their word. Still, you have left a bitter taste in our tongues, Outback. And to think I was considering having various school parties over for overnight trips!

A sweet escape! About 40 mins drive from Nairobi... A truly sweet escape. A quiet, peaceful destination with great views especially at night (you just want to stare at the twinkling lights afar). The swimming pool is very very clean, the service is excellent and the food is great. We were served by Robert who was truly exceptional. His attention to detail, positive attitude and his heart to serve was commendable. The other staff were excellent too. You will be lucky to see some wild animals on your way.

Excellent. Rooms were clean. Staff are helpful and friendly especially Peninah. Food was great and good portions. Wouldn't mind if it was cheaper though but its good value. Love the infinity pool and views of mua hills.. loved it. Will be back soon. Please bring bicycles.
