We called here for lunch as part of our group tour of the area. It was convenient for the Gorumara Wildlife Sanctuary that we were heading towards. The meal was good. It was served to us which was different as we'd been used to buffet style until then. We had a wander around the garden which was set with flowers. I'm not able to comment on the accommodation.

They have the rudest staff. Never ever again am I visiting the place. They treat you like you are staying and eating for free. Dint get fooled by the landscaping, the service is so bad. Not at all recommended

This hotel is situated very close to dense forest and amidst nature. The location is awesome. Good for family and groups. It is clean and spacious. The rooms are of standard size. The lawn , car parking space , conference hall are well maintained. Hospitality is also very good. All the staffs are very cordial. Quality of foods and snacks are excellent. We had our conference in December. My special thanks to the owner Parthababu and his staff Karbabu. My heartiest thanks goes to Sarkarbabu for giving his utmost effort for providing us the best quality of foods and drinks and also for looking after the whole programme in a flawless way . We enjoyed a lot during the stay and wish to be there again.

We stay with friends in room no 423,last floor, room was clean and good size with wooden roof, avg size of bathroom. Location----- good location, very close to lataguri railway station , main highway, market and entry point of National park Property--- good property but low maintence need to improvement Restaurant and food--- They provide avg type of breakfast and food in buffet with no taste, or Bengoli test,because im north indian, we are found no taste, need to replace the cook and provide more iteams in buffet. House keeping- they dont provide bathroom kit(tooth brush,paste, saving kit,sampoo, soap,lotion,comb etc.they only provide one small soap (rs.4) for hand wash, i am very disappointed, I ask to front desk, they say i dont provide tlt kit, i say to manager name such as mr. Giri, i will write to trip adviser in your hotel review, On next day they provide me full tlt kit. I say to hotel management-- improve your house keeping and restaurant side because your hotel property is so good.

Hotel Dreamland in Lataguri, Gurumara, West Bengal was the last destination of our tour back from Bhutan of RAJGURU TOURS MUMBAI.
We reached the hotel around 08.30 p.m. We were well received by the staff and the back office executive was present to welcome us.
The hotel itself situated in heart of the jungle and we were amazed to see that from there we can also visit Gurumara National Safari tour. We showed our inclination to visit Safari but we were informed that we are too late as booking was already done.
We have the feeling of missing Gurumara National Safari but Dreamland hotel, it's rooms were too good. We were having only night stay in that hotel.
On reaching the respective rooms, someone knocked our door. When opened we found one back office executive accompanied by our tour manager, Mr. Pratap Tawde. He informed us that there is no hot water in the tap as the wires were broken in to pieces by monkeys. He was so lenient saying sorry for the inconveniences caused to us. He promised to repair everything by morning but it was done within two hours.
The man who was saying sorry number of times was the Back office executive, Mr. Arjun. We like him very much.
The rooms were well maintained. Lobby was clean. Room service excellent.
Dinner was delicious and we all enjoyed it. The breakfast provided was not up to the mark. There was too much salt in almost each and every item. The south Indian food was nearly a waste as we couldn't eat it.
Sweet items were tasty.
We suggested that hotel management should appoint a south Indian cook to prepare south Indian dishes. The manager in charge of the cafeteria informed me that he will take up the matter with higher management.
I am writing this only because they must improve on those lines.
Location of the hotel, though 1.5 kms from main road, the inner road must be constructed by the hotel but hotel Hotel Dreamland in Lataguri, Gurumara, West Bengal was the last destination of our tour back from Bhutan of RAJGURU TOURS MUMBAI.
