İzmir bölgesinde oteller çok pahalı. Fiyat performans olarak kabul edilebilir. Kahvaltısı iyi. Ekonomik odalar çok havasız. Ciddi bir akustik sorunu var. Otopark sorunu yok, fuar alanına 15-20 dk civarında sürüyor. Tekrar konaklar mıyım emin değilim.

Sadly I can’t leave a very positive review, and I’m sad because the reception staff were great.
My main issue is that the rooms were never cleaned other than the two times I had to complain to reception.
We ran out of toilet paper which was never topped up. Also the shower gel only lasted a day with 2 of us staying and it was never restocked.
On a positive note, the room we were finally given was great. It was big, with comfortable double, and single beds. It had great views of the sea, and was more than adequate.
However - first of all they tried to make my daughter and I share a double bed! Then they gave us a room directly outside reception. We didn’t get any sleep at all the first night as it was noisy the whole time.
The new room was great, except that we were only given one towel between the two of us. Only one bed had a blanket, which wasn’t too bad as I generally didn’t need one, except for when I had the air conditioning up high.
I think if the cleaners had been in daily, or at least every other day, this would be a much better review. Restocking loo roll and toiletries shouldn’t need me to have to ask repeatedly.
The breakfast was ok for my daughter; but not for me. I was there for dental surgery, so needed soft food like scrambled eggs. When I last had dental surgery the hotel I stayed in had a selection of scrambled eggs & I obviously incorrectly assumed it would be the same here.
I had to ask for some eggs, which were done for me - but I had to pay extra for these. So I only managed a very small breakfast twice during my week long stay.
As I don’t want to leave this with a negative I’ll finish with the reception staff. They were always friendly, and when I raised an issue they dealt with it. It’s just a shame they weren’t taken care of automatically. A few spoke good English, and even the ones that didn’t were great with their translation app so communication wasn’t an issue.

I stayed in this hotel because it was part of a dental package. The deco is quite nice apart from the shoddy workmanship in my room!. We certainly would not get away with this in the UK! They are clean and newly renovated. It has a TV but only TNT world I would suggest taking a cable to be able to plug into the TV and watch your downloaded Netflix. Internet isn't the best. The breakfast is very basic. No fruit or yoghurt. When you have your teeth doing you can't eat what they are supplying. The staff are really nice. There are a few shops either side of the hotel. The sea is across the road but no beach as such. No pool. There isn't a lot around the hotel at the moment but it is up and coming and on a bus route. The bus stop is just a little way down from the hotel on your right hand side. I went to pay with cash (15 lira)but they didn't accept cash on the bus I was getting on. A Turkish lady paid my fair with a her travel card❤️when you get off the bus take a video of your surroundings and metro stop. There are a lot of buses that come back this way. The Metro is on a loop. If you miss your stop get off and go to the other side of the track and get back on. Saves you going all around the houses! I got completely lost when I came back! If you go to konak ( which is an amazing place to see loads of shops)you have to get the Metro or you can just take a taxi. If you have a car brilliant. If you want a quiet holiday this is the perfect place. Certainly not for partying. I hope that this has helped 👍

We had booked 2 standard rooms with sea-views and queen beds as stated in the description. On arrival, we discovered that the rooms were on the side of the property - one overlooking metal extraction chimneys from a restaurant and a Bike shop sign. The other room was towards the rear of the property with a view of a roof and chimney. We were told that the standard rooms had NO sea view and that expedia had provided the wrong information!!! As the hotel was full due to us and other people attending a local wedding we had nowhere else to go. The owner did not want to understand or engage with us and walked away. On arriving to our room, we found the air-con NOT working and the temperature well into the high 30's degC. The in-room safe was unable to lock away our valuables. The fridge had not been turned on and the water inside was warm. The bed was NOT a queen bed as advertised - just a double. There was no vanity light over the sink in the bathroom - just bare cables (my wife was unable to do her make-up). There were hairs around the toilet seat and splashes of something greasy on the shower-glass and the bathroom door inside and out. The floors had NOT been swept and it was generally dirty. The bath-towels smelt musty. The only benefit of this hotel was that we were able to park the car off-road. All-in-all this was a very disappointing experience for us and our friend. Expedia needs to contact the hotel and get explicit pictures/information for each and every room category.
