Отличный сервис,спа на высшем уровне(массаж и разные виды комнат с ингаляциями, сауны и чайная комната) . Для детей всех возрастов есть игровые…... Очень понравился завтрак 10 из 10!!!!!! На крыше ресторана можно покурить кальян и отдохнуть с красивейшим видом на горы!!!

My family and I recently stayed 2 nights in Dilitown over the weekend period. We stayed in a single bedroom apartment which accommodated for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 & 7yr). The suite was new, clean and fitted out with all the necessary comforts, with each suite having its own personal backyard.
The venue hosted a luxurious restaurant, kids club, outdoor jumping castle , playground, indoor/outdoor pool (heated), jacuzzi and various relaxation rooms (6 in total).
Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was of high quality and was pleased with the great level of service from the staff. For those keen on live music , it is avaible on Saturday nights only during the autumn /winter periods.
Our stay was extremely enjoyable and would recommend the accomodation to others.
Thanks Dilitown , we will be back.

Reception and check in: Fantastic We booked a 2BR Villa which had 2 rooms on top floor with a hall at ground floor along with a wash room. Since we were traveling with my mom who could not climb steps we had to change our rooms.
Ms Mane at the front desk, hats off to you for your tremendous support and efforts to show us various room options and get us settled into two interconnected deluxe rooms. Very supportive front desk team.
Room quality: Very good This is a relatively new hotel and the room quality was good. The wooden flooring was a bit uneven in both our rooms but apart from that good room.
Bedding, kitchenette and other room accessories were good.
Room service: excellent The team is fantastic they cleaned the room daily and very well, you are all an asset to the hotel.
Breakfast and Dinner Restaurant: Quality of breakfast was good, limited options for vegetarians but decent enough every day to keep us fed well.
Dinner - limited options for vegetarians but quality of food was good. Service at the restaurant was very good, thank you.
Spa: good but needs constant cleansing The pool is excellent, temperature controlled with insulated flooring with a good experience.
Jacuzzi was not hot and had a lot of chlorine.
Various other rooms like inhalation, sauna, steam, hot and cold bath were superb. Concept of salt room and tea room were good.
The entire area of spa needs good flooring and constant mopping to manage safety risk and slipping of guests which is a key risk.
Overall a great stay at your property thanks for amazing service and a great experience.

While the hotel overall was satisfactory with clean rooms and decent food, the staff lacked friendliness and responsiveness to our needs. We encountered several issues during our stay. Despite requesting the kettle to be fixed eleven times, each time we were assured it was repaired, but it wasn't until the twelfth attempt that it was finally resolved. This was particularly frustrating as I had a 6-month-old baby and needed a functioning kettle. Additionally, the lack of room service was disappointing, and we were surprised to find a 10% service fee charged for takeout orders from the restaurant.
On another occasion, we left the hotel for five hours and requested our room be cleaned, but upon our return, it remained untouched. After contacting reception, it took another 30 minutes before cleaners arrived. In the Spa zone, while the towels were clean, the area itself was cluttered with used towels and slippers strewn everywhere.
Moreover, navigating the hotel with a stroller was challenging as there was no assistance provided by staff, and we had to maneuver the strollers up stairs with the help of my husband. Furthermore, the hotel was under construction, and there were no areas for walking outside. Lastly, the constant inquiries about attending the jazz event, approximately twenty times, felt excessive and somewhat intrusive.

We had a fantastic 4 days/3 nights at Dili Town! Our beautiful cottage comfortably accommodated our family of five (2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms). Kitchen & full-size fridge were an added bonus, especially with young children. Ani and the rest of the front-desk staff, as well as Gohar and the housekeeping staff, were very professional and sweet.
The restaurant (Green Door) was excellent. Arthur, Erik, and the rest of the staff were patient and helpful.
The kids’ playroom was clean and so much fun for our 5yo son and 3yo twins. Alina was kind and ensured our kids were safe while we exercised in the gym.
The spa (Blue Door) was top-notch. We enjoyed the large swimming pool and small kiddie pool for hours each day. The showers and locker room areas were immaculate.
We can’t wait to return to Dili Town. It’s perfectly located with gorgeous views of Dilijan, lots of outdoor areas, kid-friendly but also the perfect getaway for solo travelers and couples alike. A massive thank you for a special family memory!
