Huge hotel with casino, shops with a londoner atmosphere. Dont miss the show with soldiers in one of the halls. Breakfast very nice with plenty of western options. Check inook more timexpct and I missed a lobby.

Лондонер снаружи выглядит симпатично, однако часы на Башне Биг Бен сделаны слишком дёшево. Ожидали, что внутри будет хотя бы интересно, но нет, это разочарование. Лондон - потрясающий город , можно было реализовать столько знаменитых объектов и мест. Как аналогично сделали в соседних Венециан и Парижен. Если Вы приехали в Макао на 1-2 дня, то даже не тратьте время на это место. В качестве торгового центра выглядит обычным ТЦ в любом городе мира, в качестве казино — худшее казино, что видели на Тайпе.
На входе в казино, где цветной потолок, охранник индиец пытается заигрывать с европейскими девушками — это очень не приятно, в первые такое поведение встретили в Макао.

I decided to check out this latest “gram worthy” hotel in mid-March. I stayed 2 nights at the Windsor suite and was impressed by the stylish yet thoughtful design and amenities.
2 weeks later I booked the Windsor again but unfortunately the suite’s hygiene and dining weren’t of standard. I found out later that there was a big event at the other end of the resort which had put the hotel at capacity. Despite the supply and demand strain, Wiyi from the front desk had handled my case efficiently and effectively over the telephone and the housekeeping management responded quickly to fix the suite.
I next visited the Londoner about a month later and was surprised that Wiyi recognised me at check-in because we’d never met in person. Although time had passed, he apologised again for my last experience and arranged a fruit platter to be sent to my room later. This sincere gesture added a warm highlight to our stay.
Impressed with the Londoner’s management for cultivating staff that take pride in maintaining high standards of professionalism and care for their guests.

The Londoner is a major integrated resort, entertainment centre, casino and mall on the Cotai Strip. Originally, this was the Sands Cotai Central property that was converted during the pandemic into the Londoner, a complex based on London scenes, landmarks, themes and British charm.
The layout is the same as when the property was called Sands Cotai Central in past years but with noticeable differences. All the tropical and island features have all been replaced with iconic Englishness. The mall area looks like the streets of London, there are installations of Black Cabs, Red Double Decker Buses, sculptures of Queen Victoria. There is a 10 Downing Street scene with a statue of Winston Churchill, Crystal Palace atrium with large winged angel of victory fountain and Royal Albert Hall atrium called Shakespeare's Hall.
The exterior of the new property is fashioned after Palace of Westminster (Parliament) and features a replica of Elizabeth Tower also referred to simply as Big Ben. You can view the Londoner well from the ground level just in front of the resort. However, for best views, make your way to the covered footbridge which connects the Londoner to the Sands properties on the other side of the Strip. From here you can view the Londoner from higher vantage points. Its a better spot for taking pictures of the resort property.

Londoner is a major addition to the already vibrant gambling scene of Macau. It is another huge complex with plenty of luxury boutiques and some interesting British decoration. It is quite amusing to find Big Ben opposite to Eiffel Tower. The atrium is impressive too.

大型購物商城，有著多家酒店、賭場、名品店、連鎖商店及餐廳等等，應有盡有，位於中心地帶，附近的新開立商城均不遠，也因此永遠都是滿滿的遊客人潮。

After completion of my booking, i was told that beside presenting my credit card, I would need to pay a deposit of 2000HKD/night in cash. May I know why is that needed when the hotel had my credit card details?

Ah China, where would they be without their rules and your spending money ends up as a deposit. In my experience many hotels will ask. They normally ask and the people normally comply. If I could suggest you get in touch with them through their website and tell them that you have booked a room and the suggestion of the additional cash deposit is extreme and that you don't carry that much cash for safety reasons and that credit card should suffice. See how you go, Prepare yourself for 'sorry sorry, this is our policy'
