Make a trip from Siliguri to Darjeeling...rent a bike( royal Enfield 350) from here...prices are cheap from others..the bike we have taken from here is awesome...no problem during the whole trip....so we are looking forward for another trip...and rent a bike from here.......

We hired a bike on 24-12-2020 till 28-12-2020
They have charged us a valid rate and gave us Thunderbird
Which was mind-blowing experience in mountains.
They are Best people and provided Fantastic services

I was unsure to hire from them due to many negative reviews but surprisingly received prompt response to every queries and overall service is recommended. Ms. Riya was very helpful and professional. Don't hesitate to rent from them.

If you want me to say it in one word then I would say "Horrible" they say that the bikes are well maintained this is totally a myth I had to push my bike from Thambi View Point to Rongli Market the bikes are not serviced problem with "Clutch, Plug, Brakes and Engine condition" I rented 3 bike on 15th Feb 2020 in three I had 2 Himalayan and 1 Classic one Himalayan was having problem from the day 1 but still they did not change the bike and it started troubling me from Rangpo and Sandip this guy was not responding to call..If anybody want to know the bike number and more information I can share them

Very bad behaviour with customer. The workshop is 4km away from NJP station and you have to spend atleast 150-200 to a toto to reach there, no pickup and drop will be provided by the workshop. The bike condition is also not upto the mark. I had to visit a mechanic for a checkup before starting my journey. If you face any issue they'll behave rudely and may threat you of court and police. So be carefull there are many good bike rentals in siliguri go for them. Keep this as your last option.

Never ever rent the bike from these people.
I will never forget “Sandeep Saha”.
We stucked near 30 kms from Siliguri around 10 in the night , we asked his help and this is guy is like please get the vehicle to garage.
Tube tyre this people are using.
We booked classic and this people given thunderbird that’s in a worst condition.
No proper response after taking bike.
I will never recommend this to anyone in the world.

Very easy and quick service. The staff is humble and helpful. Take initiatives in providing comfort and information regarding everything you should know the city and other relevant issues. Bike was in good condition. It takes time to get used to a different bike than what you are used to but that is obvious. But no breakdown, no hassle. Highly recommended.

Well maintained bikes. Fantastic service. I recommend calling to check actual bike availability prior to making a booking and paying, as the online availability status may not be correct. Staff was very accommodating and even provided me with his personal helmet in addition to the complimentary one provided. All in all, a good experience..

Nvr take bikes from this people thy are cheaters they are not professional and are very rude..!! Bikes are also nt well maintained thy made us helpless on road and took money also..!!! Big cheaters and fraud sandeep and ashish this both guys are cheaters nbr go to thm for bikes instead take bikes from sikkim thy are mre professional and systematic..!!

Hii!! I m planning a trip to Bhutan this September. Please answer my few questions:-
1. Can I get bike on rent in Bagdogra for trip to Bhutan via Darjeeling? I have Indian Driving License.
2. How much time it will take at the border Phuntsholing for permit formalities?
3. What is the rent for bikes such as RE-Classic-350, Pulsar-150 and Bajaj-FZ??

Hi Pawan,
1. Bagdogra is the name of the airport in Siliguri. There are 2 bikes rentals in Siliguri- i found this company named Darjeeling tours or Saha Taxi best.
2. Border crossing formalities at PheuntshoLing takes anywhere between 2-4 hrs. They work on weekdays only and close in the evening by 5pm. So it is preferable to stay for a night at PheuntshoLing and get the border pass in the morning. After getting personal pass u need to get bike pass as well which takes an hour.
3. U will get these bikes from 1000 to 1300 depending on the season and demand .

I was wondering if anyone can suggest me roughly around 4~5 days solo bike trip in north Sikkim like which places are worth visiting in that duration. Actually this is my first solo trip and I am fanatic about biking so this will be my first bike trip on hills too but I want to keep the trip concise for the moment. So it would be great & helpful if you can suggest me something like that.
Also can you give me information about approximate hotel & one time food cost in north Sikkim (around Lachun, Lachen) & that area. I am mainly planning to visit that part.

rent depend upon d season.. they will cost you 1000-1500 per day..
if you are planning for Paro thimpu trip only thn plan minimus 4days (travel excluding)
you can go to either location first..but visiting thimpu fialest is better... thn go-to Punakha valley... stay1-2 days... lastly come to Paro...include tiger nest in your plan.
haa valley is nearby..you can plan 1 night stay...
for solo it might be slight costly..if you are two person it will be around 22-30k per person..

Hi,
You can take bike of any states to Sikkim. And to enter Sikkim you don't require any permit but you should carry all original documents such as RC, PUC, Road Tax Token and Insurance. But if you want to visit any restricted area then you have to obtain permit from home department office in Gangtok. Restricted area in Sikkim is Tsongo Lake, Nathula, Silik Route, Lachung, Yumthang Valley, Gurudongmer Lake, Lachen etc. So you can rent a bike, no problem at all.
