Kindly repay the extra charges paid by us to you. We are suffering because of your miss management.We paid all charges before start of the tour and you forced us to pay more during tour. We paid cash to your hotel management. We are fooled by you. It was a worst tour. Your travel agent, all the time, used to find excuses to avoid going to important destinations. Kindly repay our hard earned amount back on highest priority. Regards

This trip is really amazing... the hotel and cabs services are really up to the mark. The hotel provided by them are really very very clean and the view of this place is just wow... The behaviour of hotel staff are very friendly and if any small problem arise in trip just inform kalpadeep and they solved with in a minute. So, in my view just closed your eyes and go for kalpadeep and enjoy every remarkable moment in this trip to make it memorable in your life.

It was a lovely trip to Nathula on Indo China border. On route full Kanchenjunga range was visible. The snow clad range looks magnificent. The Nathula pass is a place to visit where you can see the china side. The place is at a height from the last point and full care should be taken while climbing up and the elderly persons should be careful as we get exhausted.
On was back you can see changu lake, Baba mandir, besides taking photos with yeti.
A word of caution that if anyone is suffering Asthma or having breathing problem they should avoid climbing and carry puffing machine or garlic cloves.

It has been almost 2 years and I am yet to get a refund from them for a trip which I had to cancel due to lockdown situation in May 2020. I made advance payment of INR 7000/- on 4th March 2020 for my trip to North Sikkim through Mr. Biswajit Saha. I'd informed him about the same and suddenly his number went switched off for weeks, then I contacted on the office number to be able to speak to Ms. Alka who gave Mr. Saha's alternate number. After rigorous follow-ups and negotiations with Mr. Saha, I received an email after an year on 22nd Mar 2021, that I will be levied a cancellation charge of 15% + GST if I will opt for refund or I can still travel till 31st December 2021. But the second wave in Mar-April 2021 has affected my plans again and I couldn't travel, to which I replied them on 24th March to initiate the refund in my account. After multiple follow-ups over call, they were just giving assurance that it's being done. Then I sent reminder emails again in November 2021 & January 2022, but still no response of refund. I called Mr. Saha again on 6th January 2022, to which he said that he's busy and will call me back in few minutes, which obviously didn't happen. I've been trying since then but his all numbers are switched off, no one is picking calls at their office either.
This post is to make everyone aware to not go through this travel agency, if you wish to save your hard earned money and also want to avoid the mental agony.

We had 6 days of Gangtok and North Sikkim Tour which was planned very good and within good budget. Arrangements were also very good.

Grate experience with Kalpadeep holidays. They are very trustworthy company. They have organized Our 5days honeymoon package with all efficiency.

Entire tour planning was excellent. Provided good hotels in which we had good food and nice ambience. Alka my tour operator made sure that everything is properly done on each day and she takes feedback for every day. I have compared other travel agencies like MakeMyTrip, thripollia, sotc etc and these guys are best to provide the trip in the budget

We had our family Trip to Gantok & Darjeeling on Mid January 2021.
The entire trip was assisted by Ms. Alka Agarwal from Kalpadeep Holidys.
The trip despite being a budget friendly one, all hotels booked were best to their standards.
We personal faced challenges like Flight cancellations etc, for which she had promptly given alternative solutions on what could be done.
Hat tip to her and Kalpadeep Holidays for a wonderful trip to remember !!!

We were a group of 8 and I should say we had the best and seamless tour experience with Kalpadeep Holidays. Our coordinator Alka was very responsive and coordinated everything on time, infact she would call and check on us every morning and night :) They took us to all the places as in the itinerary and there was no hidden charges it was all very clearly explained to us in the itinerary and welll in advance of the trip. All the drivers where very friendly and helpful. The hotels that came with the package were neat, tidy and nice.The trip was just amazing. Thank you kalpadeep.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Sikkim , and it's a very beautiful place.
