Fast and simple. You go... you leave your bags and they keep them. They give you a ticket. Instead of leaving they were very kind and left well protected

Purchased on the site with adequate advance transference express Fiumicino Civitavecchia port for 3 people. Guaranteed departure every 20 minutes and direct transfer.
Instead: departure after more than 30 minutes, no possibility to sit (3 chairs already occupied), a lot of confusion and very little space. Two employees for the many users, especially foreigners who arrived.
Worst aspect: without any communication/apology, transfer with other people heading to Rome city! Change discovered when we were already on board and at the entrance of Rome.
Result: over two hours of walking. Only positive note: kindness of the drivers and employee.
To the request for clarification about the change of route with entrance to Rome city after paying a direct transfer Fiumicino airport-Civitavecchia Express port! The owner/manager replied that this is normal for that type of service. Failed. For my terrible experience!

This review can be broken down into 3 trips within a 2 wk period. The first trip was from Flumicino airport to our hotel in central Rome. It was a hot mess. Old van, no air conditioning, full, and a driver who had no clue where he was going. There were no logistics involved as to when to go where. He just went down the list and used GPS. On several occasions, the driver was within walking distance of our hotel. But we were not next on the list - we ended up being the last drop off when we very well could have been the first. That trip rated the lowest possible score. Subsequently used the service from our hotel to the cruise port and ten days later the cruise port to the airport. Both pickups were timely with no hitches. Van was comfortable and air conditioned. Believe that driver was Favio and he did a great job. Those two trips rated the highest possible score.

Useful service for those who are not very familiar with the city. Available to help you find the best solution and not necessarily the most expensive.
The ticket collector is kind and professional (don't be afraid, he really wants to help you)
Furthermore, the shuttle driver is a smart and fun guy, willing to give you some tips during the journey on places and areas to visit.
In my personal experience he even took care not to waste our time as he didn't have much of it available.
Advice, trust me!

We took this coming and going to the airport. We were 6 people, so had the van to ourselves and it worked out to be pretty affordable. From the airport to our hotel near the train station, it was a quick ride with an engaging driver (Sergio?) who spoke English, pointed out the sites on the way, and gave us some pretty helpful travel tips.
On the way back we called for a pick up at a different place we were staying- near the Vatican. Going to the airport (as oppose to from), I worry more about timeliness, but the van was there waiting at our guesthouse right on time to take us to the airport. I called the day before to reserve.
If you call for a pickup, you'll need to pay cash- they tell you the price on the phone. If you grab the shuttle from the airport, you can use your credit to pay at their travel desk.

Absolutely 1st class service. A really easy website to navigate and get a quote for your journey. Great communication from the office to confirm the journey details and they sent a PayPal link to be able to pay in advance.
Drivers always arrived on time and were very helpful and friendly. Vehicles are clean and air conditioned. The best way to travel around Rome and very competitively priced.

I waited almost 2 hours for an Uber to take me to the Florence train station because of the taxi strike. I ended up missing my train. I caught the next train 45 mins later. The driver from Airport Shuttle Express texted me he was on his way. I texted him back and told him I missed my train but I would be on next train. He never replied back but still charged me for the pick up. I emailed customer service requesting a refund. They told me my notification was outside the window so driver left. I explained my situation and why I missed my pick up. Their response was their driver was not on strike and he was their to pick me up on time. Their was just no understanding to the extreme circumstances we tourist endured for the 2 day taxi strike. I will never use them again and I definitely will never refer them to anyone.

Hicimos una reserva y nos la confirmaron al momento, no se ha presentado nadie ni nos han avisado, al llamar nos han dicho que no habia ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre. Hemoa tenido que coger un taxi para no perder el vuelo son unos impresentables y unos sin verguenzas.

Hicimos una reserva y la confirmaron, no se presentó nadie, al llamar nos dijeron que no teniamos ninguna reserva. Son unos sin verguenzas y unos impresentables. Tuvimos que coger un taxi para no perder el vuelo ya que estuvimos más de media hora esperando.
