CARPISA suitcases do not buy, the telescopic handle was damaged in a suitcase that was practically new and the manufacturing company replies that they do not have such spare parts, so I have to throw the suitcase.

Carpisa disappointed me greatly. The products are of low quality, the employees are rude, and they have a no return policy, which is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

carpisa suitcases are great! However my new suitcase also lost a removable wheel in transit. Carpusa customer service will replace it but only if I pre pay cost of shipping- I’ve been told to contact DHL Italy. It will be approximately $100 to have the wheel shipped to me. So I’m checking out local suitcase repair. Stuff happens- get over it.

What a trash company. I bought an expensive piece luggage in Italy in June of 2024. The wheels are detachable, but one was defective. After I got home (USA), I noticed one of the wheels would not click back in. Subsequently that wheel was lost in transit. I figured no big deal, I'll just contact Carpisa and have them send me a new one. WRONG! They said they can't "send" me the new wheel. I'd have to get it from the actual store and there are none in the USA. What garbage!!! Carpisa, you suck!

I bought a larger suitcase from this company after having an excellent smaller on and needed an upgrade on its maiden voyage the wheel socket didn’t work due to what I myself discovered was the tiny spring that was missing after emailing and having registered the geotech brand - I didn’t not receive 1 call nor one email after 4 days I managed to find this wonderful lady in Lebanon yes Lebanon who worked for the brand there who got me in touch with the main office who said they’re reaching out to her now after I sent her the copy of my invoice showing I had a warranty claim and they confined a store in România would be able to help. From that moment on I received nothing I sent an email people copied me on showing they sent it to an agent I provided details as requested and NOTHING NADA 1 month later nothing you can’t call these people and I know why they are horrific in terms of honoring their end of the deal. Luckily I worked out the problem myself and used of all things a cut down version of a big pen spring to put in the mechanics in the wheel clip mechanism! This is so pathetic I would never ever recommend this company to any one they randomly seem to contact people as I’ve read bit vast majority of people are left high and dry

Worst company ever. The wheels on my suitcase lasted 2 trips before they broke. Now the company refuses to send new ones or respond to my emails. Instead of sending me two new wheels, I now have to throw the whole bag away, this company doesn't care about the environment.
I should have read all the reviews on Tripadvisor before buying the bag. Scam company.

I went to Carpisa to repair a handle on my Gotech suitcase, and the sales assistants were very kind in helping me and solving the problem.

bought a Caprisa suitcase in Italy , was promised that its one of the best and has 10 year warranty , my son who alwasys travel lightly , the shell just came apart with the wheels.. cant get the warranty option on the website customer support

Caprisa after security terminal 2 really rude lady. I was planning to do some shopping but came back without buying anything. Need some training for staff to be friendly with customers

A few years ago I purchased a semi rigid trolley from a Carpisa store in Milan (in fact I don't remember the exact location and not even the date of the trip). The item looked good and new would cost today about 120-140 Euros. After a little while its wheels lost their covering rubber which made it difficult to pull it around and so I stopped using it. Recently, I contacted their customer service to find replacement parts and fix it myself with few dollars. They responded promptly and nicely but told me that they didn't have wheels for my model because it was too old (it's been few years but not so many, my model looks in fact identical to the ones currently displayed on their website). Then I asked for some specs in order to be able to buy after market parts but they said they didn't keep any information about that on file.
My conclusion is that Carpisa is a company that sells disposable items not very durable and not meant to be fixed. They look good but after a couple of trips you have to toss them. Doesn't seem a good investment.
