Nice for the children. My grandchildren are both 4 years old. Loved it . Not sure of the maximum age but there's a different area for smaller children. Soft play climbing area is for 3 years max. Think this could be adjusted to 5 years old realy. Lovely little cafe and prices reasonable. All on one level , so it's easy to keep an eye on ur kids .

Baby sensory area upstairs is an absolute hazard with a choking death waiting to happen. Small pieces of fabric everywhere, small pieces of waste plastic lying around and loose wires for lights not secure by any conduit. Health & safety would have a field day upon a formal inspection.
Also soft play area for 0-4 had a child playing with a deflated balloon (granted not the fault of the premises, but no signage anywhere to highlight safety for others/guidance on what can be taken in the area).

We hired out wild wonderland for my 4 year olds birthday party and the staff were absolutely amazing, we bought our own food but they set everything up, cut the cake and sorted the party bags, packed everything away for us. They couldn't have done more and it was so nice not to have to worry about that and be able to enjoy the party.
The kids also had a fantastic time and we had a range from under 1 to 10 and they all enjoyed themselves

Today it was the first time I visited Wild Wonderland and now I am writing this review sitting on this bench you own, with a headache because I have a loud speaker near me and with a child jumping on the same obstacle for an hour constantly, tirelessly.
All the tables were taken so this was the only option, I have to endure this for another 45 minutes. Thank you Wild Wonderland, if I could give you 0 stars I would.
Do you even know why parents come to premises similar to yours?? One of the main reasons is for us to take a small rest, to feel a little bit better. So one of the things we expect, Yes, Expect! Is to have a small table where we can sit to drink a coffee or maybe eat something, for refreshments, right? Do we deserve that? I think we do. Anyway I wasn't one of the lucky ones to catch one.
Anyway, I won't come here again and I suggest people to either come during the week or be prepared to sit on a bench or a beanbag or simply don't have any expectations. At least my child enjoyed it so far.

Thank you for coming to visit Wild Wonderland.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us but of course glad your child did.
After speaking to our staff and watching the CCTV, we feel the staff did their very best to try and resolve the seating situation.
Bean bags, benches, 3 other tables and chairs had been suggested. Once it was determined to get a bench, the staff asked where you would like to be seated. Staff have said there was no complaint about our music. The staff also mentioned food and drinks were purchased so we are glad that, even though you did not like the seating arrangement, you where still able to enjoy refreshments.
One of our staff mentioned they enjoyed running around and playing with your child and all was well on the goodbyes at the end of the session. Which hopefully allowed you some time to take a small rest.
Our customers deserve the best and at Wild Wonderland we give our absolute best to all of our customers.
Some of our customers thoroughly enjoy sitting on bean bags or benches and pick these by choice. We have different seating options available for each individual customer.
Again, we apologise that you did not enjoy your experience with us.

Amazing experience my 1 year old loved it came out as a family for her birthday and will be coming back ! Would definitely recommend activity for all ages

Had my sons 3rd birthday here. We all had a great time, the kids loved it and tired themselves out which was perfect for us. It was nice and clean and the food was good - although I didn’t realise adults don’t get food so it might be worth them offering, when taking party bookings, additional food for adults with an extra charge? We had Emma who was our party person and she did a great job, obviously working with kids is something that’s ideal for her as she’s bubbly and lovely.

I bought my baby and my 8 year old and they absolutely loved it.
Playmats for the babies, mirrors and play centres, then for the bigger children, freestyle gym mats, blocks and ball pits to have fun with.
The food is ok and there is a good choice.
The staff are lovely and the place is very clean particularly the toilets which is a huge thumbs up from me.

Wonderful play area for children, we have visited on numerous occasions, staff are always helpful and giving table service, interacting with all children, food it’s fresh and the cakes are delicious, my ASD son loves visiting the sensory area for his needs, it’s been very thought through and overall an amazing experience.

Went with 3 children ages 6,6 and 8. All had a great time. Me and my friend had a lovely cup of tea while they played on the trampoline and soft floor. Will definitely be back 😊
