So small and irrelevant. Doesn't shows anything interesting about sex. My wife and me went with high expectations. We agree that it is not a museum... Its a sex shop

Easy to follow your way through the museum some cool artifacts games and information bull ride and love tunnel fun and staff were great

Major disappointment. Mostof it was about the history of sex carnivals over the centuries. But soon enough we were being propositioned to pay for things inside. Want to throw a rubber dick at a picture of a cowboy? Sure, that'll be $5.
Lots of ways for them to take your cash.
The show had a poor selection of sex toys. Quite poor compared to any toy shop one might go into.
Not recommended. It's over sold and under delivers, badly.

I find the Museum of Sex to be one of the most unusual museums in Manhattan. It had three excellent exhibitions going on. One was the history of Andy Warhol's career in film which is saying a lot since his films were always so weird. Another was on artifacts from the porn industry, which was interesting because of their pieces from different eras and having some of the items from the movie "Deep Throat". The last one was from a exhibition called "Lick It" and it was all X rated items for from the artworld. It was all in fun but it shows how porn has been with us for thousands of years.
Then I walked through 'Funland" which takes you through the lights and sounds of the pleasure palace of the museum, which is a lot of fun. You get to see and experience a lot in the Museum of Sex and it is a fun "X" rated time through a museum.

Save your money. We go to a lot of museums around the world. We paid for the $50 ticket. The free gift was a butt stress ball and the gummies aren’t good. Definitely not worth $50 and I promise it isn’t what you think. It lacked content, things were censored. It is a museum of sex I can go to the library and see stuff less censored. Again don’t wast your money.

Honesy the people were great but certainly wasn’t worth the money , some things are interesting but the rest is actually a waste

Im very dissapointed, i walked in naked and i got kicked out instantly, i was hoping to get a demonstration or something..But i got kicked out! Isnt this a free country?!?!

This was an interesting one. I visited alone and was probably one of the older people there. The staff were excellent, a great balance of friendly, helpful and professional. It’s potentially a challenging topic but I felt they normalised the world of sex.
