Great experience with Simon custom fitting me into a blended set of Mizuno JPX 921 forged (7- Gap) and hot metal pro (4-6) irons. The end result, a combination of more upright lies, lighter weight stiff shafts and Plus4 grips, have straightened up my left miss and gained me a club in distance. Plus the after sales service that includes a follow up session in the studio to check performance/gapping and the ongoing opportunity to contact Simon for other tweaks or advise, makes for a very complete service.

After 12 years I finally decided I wanted to purchase some new clubs.
Simon was excellent with the time he extended , his product knowledge and most importantly his common sense approach which made it easy to understand the features & benefits of the new clubs on offer.
All the way through the process I never felt that he was trying to push me towards the newest or most expensive clubs but more about the club which suited my game.
He explained loft & shot shape & how we would change certain areas to enable me to hit better shots & understand the yardage I could expect from each club by using the excellent simulator.
We completed the process over two visits lasting around 2.5 hours in total and after our review I felt confident that the product I was purchasing was right for me and that was down to Simon's ability & patience.
If you are looking for a fitting from a pro who spends time initially understanding your shots & reviewing the clubs in your bag before going through the selection process & making sure you are happy , then I cannot recommend Simon highly enough.
It was refreshing to feel it was more about the clubs that suited me rather than selling clubs that would benefit him financially.

I have had lessons over the years which has focused on different aspects of the swing and never removed my dreaded slice. Working with Simon in the studio and analysing spin rates has worked wonders in developing a draw when I play my shots. Simon is a friendly and top professional who gets results.

Well.. What can I say. These facilities are incredible.
After spending so much time thinking I can figure out the game of golf and implementing different techniques I finally decided that no amount of you tube and reading of books( about 3 lines) could actually have me playing better.
I decided on a lesson in the studio with Simon.
Within 3, yes 3 shots or Mis hits Simon instantly figured the lie of my clubs was way out.
He didn’t hang about and just went and bent the club to the correct lie. ( with permission of course) What more can you ask.
Simon had me doing things to improve my game so watch this space and I look forward to my next session in the studio.

I have been a member at Grimsby Golf Club for 3 years now, and after an early flourish my game has gradually deteriorated. With the crazy weather we have been experiencing I took up the offer of a winter membership for the studio - I planned to use it like a driving range and hopefully would see some improvement with all the practice I would be getting in. Again, after another initial benefit I again seemed to hit a wall, and it seemed that no amount of YouTube videos could help! The club pro Simon Jowitt showed me how I could use the Quad Pro more constructively, and in doing so he advised about the lie angle of my clubs that was not helping me strike the ball properly. I got this sorted and after that didn't wave a magic wand I decided a few lessons were the way forward.
I had my first lesson on Wednesday, and Simon was very constructive throughout. I am sure my swing could be deconstructed totally and put back together again, and in the future I suppose this may happen, but Simon concentrated on my habitual fade/slice as this was definitely causing me the most stress! Showing me the numbers on the Quad Pro meant I could see the results instantly and it gave me such confidence.
I went to the studio prior to my game on Friday, using it to warm up and also to practice the techniques I had been taught. Then it was time to step into the course, and despite the cold air, the wind and the rain, I hit my best score ever (going round in 80 when my handicap is 20!) Yes it may be my initial flourish that I have experienced at different stages already, but hopefully with the studio being used to it's full potential and with further lessons, the scores will continue to decrease and I can look forward to enjoying more good rounds round this fantastic course.

Booked it for 2 hours me and 3 friends we all was very impressed at the facilities and with the pro simon Jowitt who took us through the setting and what it could bring to are game with track man and gaping sessions with out a dout highly reccomend book a session on it

Cracking fitting couldn’t ask for a better experience, now got the best clubs for me for a really good price

I went to my golf club which had a ping demo day on and i wanted to try the 410 plus driver. Simon (the club pro) assisted me with the set up and even though this was a free fitting, because it was a demo day,he still gave me some pointers on my swing. Which I appreciated and tried to put into practice. I did manage hit it 20 yards further than my driver. So I was impressed with the club immensely. The set up of the screen you hit into and the information you get from your shots it second to none as it gives you better knowledge of how you are performing. I would recommend fitting to anyone as this is a great tool to help you enjoy golf more. I can't wait to get my new driver and take it on the course and see the improvements in the open. I say thanks again to Simon from Grimsby golf club for all his help

Well it’s the first time I’ve ever left this sort of review. Last week I went for A ping demo day at Grimsby Golf Club With Simon Jowitt at his performance Studio.What a day.No stone was left unturned to find the right shaft loft and lie. 45 minutes of professionalism and at the end I’m left with and amazing set of irons. Used them today and wow what a difference. So thank Simon for making the session professional but also putting ma at ease. Also just booked six lessons and after lesson one. Just a different quality of strike. So thanks for My Ping G410 irons love them. Thank you for your help. Now playing the game with a smile on my face again.

Just Been Fitted For Some New Irons At Simon Jowitt Golf Performance Studio At Lytham Green Drive Golf Club.
Fitting Was Very Thorough And Took Place On The State Of The Art GCQuad In The Studio And Was Absolutely Superb.
Having Worked On What Was Best For Me And Getting The Correct Lie Angle, I Finally Walked Away Without Any Question That What I Had Been Fitted For Was The Correct Chioce.
Superb Service And Highly Recommended.
