This is a beautiful memorial, however I wish my experience were different.
Because of my personal experience and injury, I do have a suggestion. Considering this memorial is open 24 hrs, it really should be well lit at night. However, it isn't lit at all. I was visiting from out of state this summer July 2021 and visiting in the evening, I had no idea that there were three steps leading down into the walled in area as there are no lights, nor any signage to alert someone to be cautious of the steps. Due to this I unfortunately rolled my left ankle as I stepped down and fell down the steps and onto my right outstretched arm - injuring both my left ankle and my right arm and shoulder. This fall ultimately caused a biceps tendon tear as well as never ceasing nerve pain in the right arm and shoulder that months of physical therapy has not helped whatsoever. Not only that, but this also caused right sided cervical spine issues - more specifically uncovertebrael osteophytosis at C5-C6 and C6-C7 which as resulted in bilateral neuroforaminal encroachment at both levels. (I am 39 years old and physically fit - so that's not the issue). I only suggest this in hopes that no one else experiences this.

We decided to drive East out of Biloxi to see what there was to see and found this Veterans Memorial. Not only is it a memorial to Mississippi Vietnam Veterans, but also World Wars I & II and Korea. There are monuments to Sailors, National Guard, Cold War Submariners, Submariner's wives, and Mississippi ship and submarine builders. On site is a Huey helicopter and a torpedo.

Nice tribute to those soldiers that made the ultimate sacrifice. So many young men. Peaceful. Respect for those that serve.

I was very impressed with the whole memorial area. The pictures of the young men who gave their all for my country really brought it to mind what America lost in that war. Thank you Mississippi for honoring your sons in this beautiful setting.

I was really impressed with the memorial. Had pictures of most of the Mississippi residents that were either Missing or Killed in Vietnam. I thought it was very well put together and worth stopping to see. It is all outdoors so not something you would want to visit during inclement weather.

It has the information and faces of those that served and died. It's sober and thought provoking. Additionally, there are other memorials along a walking path. It is located next to the Ocean Springs fire department. We stopped in and told them how much we appreciate our first responders.

Very impressive, loved the pictures with the names! There is a helicopter here and walking path. No dogs allowed on the walking path. Easy access off 90.

Since we had missed this memorial on our previous trip, and as we had just visited the Vietnam Veterans Memorials in New Orleans, and Washington, DC, we made a special effort – though given the location, it was not difficult. We visited on a clear and cool December afternoon, and strolled the memorial under a nice Winter sun.
Immediately off of Bienville Blvd?US Hwy 90, this memorial is easy to get to, and to visit.
For me, this memorial was a bit more touching, in that I found the names of several of my classmates. We all served during that time, but in different parts of the world. Unlike the folk, whose names are inscribed on the monuments, I was there to salute their service, and ultimate sacrifice. For me, it was especially moving.
The memorial is well-laid out, and easy to navigate. While small, it fulfills its promise to memorialize so very many from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Where one is a resident, or prior resident of the Gulf Coast, or had ties to the soldiers memorialized here, I feel that this is a very worthwhile site to visit. While it does recall a sad time in our nation, and the world, it serves as a quite reminder, and a strong, historical footnote – a must visit site.

Yup, as the others said, open every day. No fee. Parking in the back. The police might come by if you're there after dark.

How much is it to add a name and picture to enlarge memorial.

I honestly don't know the answer to that question. That said, I believe it is part of the city parks system, I would suggest contacting the Ocean Springs Parks Department. Hope that helps.
