city tour was good as the city has amazing history n our guide nursultaan had good knowledge of history . we saw the panfilov park ,zenkov cathedral ,arbat walking street . the green bazar was closed as it was a public holiday .i recommend guide nursultaan who speaks good english n explains everything patiently and is very friendly and accommodating us

the canyon tour was excellent with nursuktan guide.he took special interest and took us to smaller diversions where the rocks are closer and also gave us tea by the river side .the kolsay lake is beautiful and nur took us along the trail around the frozen lake .it was breathtaking view and we stayed back in the hotel by the lake side . the restaurant of the hotel is glass walled structure at the cliff so that u get a 270 degree view of the lake n the mountains while having a meal in the comfortable temperature within . i strongly recommend doung this tour wth Nursuktan guide .

Sutan is nice person, calm, friendly and very helpful. He showed me a lot of information about the Almaty cultures. Also helped me to get into my first experience with skiing when i said him that i wanna try.

Definitely the best experience of my life, the look is stunning wonderful!
Highlighting the guide, a very attentive person, left no doubt about the functioning of the place, the culture... Everything very clarified and very well done. We love Nursultan very much. He treated us very well and made the experience the best possible. It's worth every second of the tour.

The Tour was well managed and our tour guide Nursultan from NEOmad was super friendly and welcoming.
The communication was detailed and through thought the Calls/Whats App chat until we met on the day of our trip.
He made sure to reserve ample amount of time is given at each location to explore the beauty of nature as well as guided through the local shopping/photography.
Along with that he made sure that we know about the rules and regulations and provided historic, current and amusing information thought out the journey.
Also, he is well versed in communicating in English and knows Indian Culture, hence he was able to suggest good restaurants that would meet your taste palette.
Overall would rate 5/5 for the great, memorable experience.
Would highly recommend if you are planning for private excursion and trust me you won't regret!

The tour was an awesome experience. It was a 4-5 hours journey and during the whole entire trip, every part of it was perfectly smooth and well explained. We got to see and take a bunch of amazing views. The tour guide, Nursultan was very nice and informative. We could definitely say that it’s a worth the experience tour to at least try it once in your life!

Due to some unexpected reason, Nursultan suggested visiting Issyk Lake instead. It is a beautiful place with amazing views, and we love it so much. Nursultan is a very nice, knowledgeable, and caring person. We enjoy the time with him very much. Thanks for your tea and chocolates.

What a mesmerising view,Gondola ride from Medeu skating rink to First phase Shymbuluk resort,second part was denied to us as we were above 55 age & it’s open ride,third phase was closed,but first phase is very much lively having lot of pubs,restaurants having great view in backdrop

Went during September and were lucky enough to get a snowfall at the top. Our personal guide Mr Nur Ul Sultan was very good, spoke good English and was well aware of the area.
If you can don't miss the chair lift ride up from the second station the feeling is amazing.

Hello, I'm planning to come in October, can I still go for this tour and ski?

My wife and I (and our 4-month old son) will be in Almaty for our anniversary this weekend. We would like a tour on Saturday, July 27th. 2 problems: we don't want a lot of heavy hiking in the heat carrying a baby .. and we have to be at the airport by 4pm. Which tour is best for us?

Hi! My name is Nursultan. I understand your situation. The best option for you will be Ethno-village tour. You can see this tour in our list. Ethno-village shows the everyday life of nomads with national traditions and activities. Lunch is included. There is no need to hike or walk. And the tour ends by 1-2pm so you have time to get to airport.
Another option is Big Almaty Lake. Amazing lake in the mountains close to the city. There is a bit of hiking and walking at the lake side. This tour also ends by 1-2pm.
