On arrival this looks very nice. Ali at desk introduced himself and showed us the changing room. Then directed us to the sauna. He didn't explain what was next I was asking. Two ladies came over no introductions. Took us to the Hammam for peeling and Turkish bath then massage and facial . Only downfall is the floor was slippery and I nearly slipped, when I told the lady it's slippery she did nothing about it. Ali was taking us back to hotel and I mentioned to him the floor being slippery he then asked the lady to put towels down.

When we arrived they had forgotten to make our reservation so we had to come back an hour later.
However, the treatment and prices more than made up for this.
We paid 70 euros for a package. It started with the sauna and salt room. Then we were taken into a large wetroom where we had the coffee scrub. I really enjoyed this; it smelt amazing. Then there was the foam massage. Both were a new experience for me which was really stimulating for the senses.
Then we were taking for an hour long massage. It felt like it lasted forever (in a good way). The massage was really good and took away so much tension. Afterwards we had the fish treatment and they served a cup of fruit tea.
The facilities were nice enough, the whole area nice and relaxing.
We both felt amazing afterwards.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Im not sure of comparitive prices in the area but this was a much better price than was being offered at the hotel we were staying at and we felt you got a good amount of treatment for the cost. I would definitely recommend this

Very surprised about some of the previous reviews, my husband Paul and I had a great experience.
Very friendly staff & our massage was exceptional (Ihad a few in my life time) much better than at our hotel Sidestar Elegance and for a better price. I would definitively recommend, return and suggest to give this place a go.

Grosse arnaque, il a fallu parler de la police touristique, car bien que nous avions déjà payé le forfait total, ils ont essayé l'escroquerie de 10 €de supplément par personne pour le massage à l'huile qui fût très superficiel. Programme vendu par Dr Aspirin, le long de la plage. Pas de hammam un sauna minuscule où l'on vient vous chercher après 5 minutes... Programme de 120,minutes annoncé réduit à 1h, c'est un cauchemar

In a nutshell -
Bad management, rude staff and customer service, facilities aren't that great.
We booked this Hamam via a travel agent outside our hotel who raved about it and showed us great pictures of the facilities.
On arrival we sat in reception for a bit, the atmosphere didn't feel as calm and serene as we had expected. After waiting for a bit, we were hurriedly told to change and go into the sauna by one of the men on reception who seemed a bit rude.
A lady guided us to the sauna (very small) and told us to go to the salt room (very small) when we finished which was next door, everything felt a bit crammed in. My elderly mum was asked to leave the sauna a bit early and when we joined her in the salt room she said she had been waiting as there was no salt in the room to scrub on our bodies and a lady had gone to bring it! we waited for quite a while but no one arrived so we had to pop out and ask them what was going on.
There was a lot of confusion, shouting then the same man on reception told us that there was going to be no salt as they'd run out for the day and that we should go to the next stage of the hamam - the removal of salt and body scrub. He was very arrogant and shouty.
We questioned the lack of salt and not getting the full spa experience at which point he got really rude and said 'no spa, no spa, go' and told us to change and go back to the hotel! We were a bit shocked and felt humiliated to be asked to leave having just done a few minutes of Sauna and waiting in the Salt room for a good 15-20 mins!
Considering our spa experience had been ruined we got ready to leave but had to fight with them to give us a full refund as it wasn't our fault. After a lot of arguing and ringing the travel agent (middle-man) our money was refunded and we were dropped back to the hotel.
It really spoilt our evening and left a bad taste in our mouth. Luckily we were able to book another one next to our hotel the next day which turned out to be the best hamam experience and a highlight of our trip.

Went to get a massage after a long flight. Price was twice the amount advertised but I didn't mind that hoping to get a great quality massage.
The room was cold and uninviting with fluoresent light - I thought it was a strange choice but decided to give it shot anyway. Towels on the table smelled weird (kind of stale wet smell) and didn't look super clean. I should have left at that point.
I asked the massage terapist to focus on my shoulders and lower back but he kept massaging other areas. I had to ask multiple times to adjust and remind of problem areas. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
Then he twisted my neck in a very sharp and very painfull motion which was sudden and loud and hurt like crazy - I asked him prior to not do anything like that! Any professional massage therapist will tell you that this is a bad idea (I get massages twice a month back in USA). The response was that he is "a doctor" and he knows what he is doing... and told me the pain will go away after a few minutes and that it is my fault anyways because I wasn't fully relaxed! What nonsense.. My neck was hurting and I couldn't turn my head to one side for almost 3 days!
He also acted very weird throughout, kept asking me questions about my life and poked me on the nose and started calling me queen?!?
As an icing on a cake, at the end, he started asking for my instagram account or phone number. Super unprofessional and gross.
And he also removed the sheet and was able to see my breasts without a warning - until I demanded to put the cover back!
I wish I left in the very beginning of this horrible experience but I kept hoping it would get better. Well, it only got worse
Please stay away from this place if you don't want to get injured and harrased!

My husband and I went here this morning, and what an amazing experience. Murad and Ayu gave excellent service and the massage was the best one I have ever had. Will certainly be visiting them again while we’re here. Thank you !
