My wife and I did this escape room at the beginning of May while staying in Dubrovnik. The weather was not certain so we decided to book this as a little something different to do when it rained. What a great first escape room experience!
A really well thought out room and story and considering the props and mechanisms used are all self taught to build them, a really brilliant effort!
The room was fun, engaging and challenging with just the right amount of hints thrown in and we would definitely recommend this and are looking forward to trying others in the future.
Also it is good value for money as some escape rooms are per person and if you are a smaller group or couple it can be quite expensive but this is priced on the room for an hour.
I hope this venture does well for the owner in the near future, well done!

We were recommended this escape room by the other escape room in Dubrovnik, which we did as a rainy day activity but enjoyed so much that we wanted more! This one is slightly different in that there are more logic-based puzzles, which were satisfyingly tricky! With two of us we managed to beat the time record for the game, which was partly because one of the clues was similar to one in the other game we played, but still made us pretty proud! The host did give us a couple of clues when we stalled a bit which is probably not necessary if the team is already ahead of schedule. He explained afterwards how he'd personally designed all the contraptions which is pretty impressive! The room is next to the port so we did it just before catching a ferry to the islands. Thanks for a really fun experience!

This room is both fun and challenging. As a couple that has already been to quite a few rooms, this one stands out as one of the best. It doesn't follow the traditional rooms with lots of padlocks, and also has a clear and interesting theme and story to it. We were also impressed that the owner had made all of the mechanics in the room himself. Would absolutely recommend this room for newcomers as well as experienced escapers.

The perfect activity for rainy days or when you just need a break from walking the old city. The puzzles, codes, hidden clues and period decor add to the excitement of racing against the clock to find an escape. When you get stuck, helpful clues are given.
The basics for those who have never done an escape room: you search the room for hidden clues, unlock drawers and boxes to find even more clues, solve word / symbol translation puzzles to reveal items from hidden compartments that lets you escape the room. Ideal size would be 4-5 people. They allowed us to have 6, but that is too many unless you have one in the group who is happy to stand back, observe, and offer helpful advice. If all 6 are hyper competitive, then everyone tends to get in each other's way.
After you are done, there are great views of the harbour and a nice bar in the shopping centre next door. This would be a good stop after taking one of the boat cruises. The location is in a small office complex, on the ground floor. Improvement of the outdoor signage would be appreciated.

My first escape room and my group loved it. The puzzles are very well thought out and the atmosphere was wonderfully maintained. Our host was very good and clearly passionate.
I would simply say that though we were given the all-clear to take a group of 6 initially, I would recommend you dont exceed the maximum recommended amount of 5.

We scheduled our escape room visit via Tripadvisor and contacting them once we arrived was easy. We booked a group of 4 and that was the perfect number of people. The story introduction was compelling and all of the puzzles took our complete group to solve! We did find the mask in time and this was a point of revisited pride amongst us for the rest of the Dubrovnik visit! This is a MUST DO activity if you are immersing yourself in the history of Ragusa during your stay in Dubrovnik. If we could give 6 stars we would! We loved all of our adventures in this beautiful, historic city, but this one unanimously was one of the very best.

This escape room was so much fun. Our host was very good and explained the story and set the scene so well, the room itself was so atmospheric with all the props and sound effects. We managed to escape with a little time left over too. I would definitely recommend this as a fun and challenging activity

We were looking for something to do on a rainy sunday.... and it wasn't just any rainy sunday either but a massive storm on easter sunday! But I stumbled across this place and booked it online (which was very simple) a couple of hours before, and i've got to say it was a really fun experience and we all loved it!! The guy running the place was chill yet knew what he was doing - he set the mood and story for the room well and the puzzles were equally challenging and rewarding! We managed to escape the room with plenty of time left and would definitely recommend this for anyone in Dubrovnik looking for something to spend an hour or so!

It was a super fun experience. We did the room in September but just got around to doing this review. The puzzles were inventive and required some thinking to figure out and escape. The story was interesting and the atmosphere in the room matched the theme. All in all a great experience!

Had some good fun in this Dubrovnik escape room. The theme and the game puzzles were interesting. Frano, the owner explained the historical background of the story. The music and the sounds stood out and made us feel like we are in 16th century. Recommended.
