This is hands down the best bar of Singapore. Every dish on the tasting menu was divine. Carmela was attentive and helpful. It was our first time here and its great dining experience.

Skai Bar is the rooftop bar of the Stamfort Hotel. It can be reached via the hotel lobby via a separate lift in the 70th floor. Reach floor. Unfortunately, the view is more to the city and less to the Bay, but still breathtaking! The service is top and you can enjoy the view in dim lighting. You don’t have to go to the Raffels to drink a Singapore Sling, which is also very tasty at Skai Bar and not quite as expensive there. But also the Singapore River Cocktail is highly recommended- It is of course a matter of taste.

Located on the 70th floor of the cloud, the service is meticulous, like a spring breeze; the view of the city from the window, the environment is elegant, enjoy a visual feast while dining. The restaurants Julianne , Carmela , Haward , Roze leave us with an unforgettable perfect memory.

We had an amazing time at Skai bar. Me and my husband had a wonderful evening. Special thanks to Rozette and all the staff who welcomed and took care of us. They're NDP cocktail Fort Canning was superb!!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at SKAI with fantastic sunset view. Carmela made it truly special. Her warm, friendly welcome and impeccable service were perfect. She surprised us with a beautiful dessert. Thank you making our evening an unforgettable.
