Oi! is a public art space project that makes use of the old Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, a Grade II historic building and protected heritage attraction on Electric Road in the Fortress Hill neighbourhood of North Point. It is open from 2pm to 8pm (Mon) and 10am to 8pm (Tues - Sun) and entry is free.
There are 3-4 exhibition halls in use at Oi! most of the time as well as outdoor areas that can be enjoyed. Recently, I visited to see exhibitions presently being held and was particularly impressed with the digital installation and immersive experience of the "Hush-Rush" exhibition by local artist Choi Sai-ho.
There are two installations, one an entire room which the floor displaying a continuous tide rolling up on a beachfront along with the sounds of crashing waves. This is really neat for children and adults alike. The second work is a dark room with a visual representation of flying through a digital urban landscape, quickly making your way through the city with various bird's eye vantage points. This too is a very unique installation worth spending a few minutes to enjoy.
The outdoor sections of Oi! make for good space for the little ones to run around. There are chairs put out by the outdoor Art Screen as well. I enjoyed watching the series of animations of nature, street cars and boats being casted on the day of my visit.
Overall, the rotation of exhibitions this year have been pretty good at Oi! They are doing a nice job of working with local and mainland artists and offering good art experiences for those looking for things to do for half an hour or so in the Fortress Hill and North Point area.

A small oasis in North Point, which is a veritable concrete jungle. A few preserved historical buildings and some open space. They do have some interesting art exhibitions here once in a while. There really isn't much of interest for the typical tourist in the area, but does offer some breathing room for the locals

An art space with beautiful historical buildings in North Point where one can relax and enjoy art works and exhibitions by talented artists in different genres. There’s an area (Oi! Glassie) where visitors can borrow toys (soccer, water gun…) which is a brilliant idea for those with kids. My son borrowed a water gun and a soccer where we’ve spent an hour during the visit.

Oi! Oil Street Art Space is an interesting attraction where you can enjoy a Grade II Historic Building that has been preserved and repurposed into a contemporary art exhibition centre in the Fortress Hill area of the city. The venue is open from 10am to 8pm (Tues - Sun) and 2pm to 8pm (Mon).
What you find here is the old clubhouse of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club. The small cluster of buildings were constructed in 1908. They feature red brick exterior and arts and crafts architectural style of the early 20th century. The Yacht Club moved locations in 1939. The property was then taken over by the HK government until 2010 when it was designated for refurbishment and future use as a visual arts and education centre.
The Oi! venue opened to the public in 2013 and is free for the public to visit. There are four small galleries with changing contemporary, visual art and education minded exhibitions. They are usually interesting and worth spending a few minutes to enjoy. Allow 30 minutes to visit each of the galleries.
