Went to the Central Market to listen to a concert and went to Chef’s Cuts on the spur of the moment. Address: Shop G01-G03, G/F, Central Market, 93 Queen’s Road Central, Central. Happy Hour. Ordered two cocktails🍹, plus a salad and fried calamari rings.
The restaurant environment is comfortable, the service by the clerk is polite, and the cocktail tastes normal. The salad worked normally, the fried calamari rings were crispy and delicious, and the wine served in the ladle was good.
Personally, I think I have a good impression of the restaurant, so I might give it a try.

The restaurant environment is comfortable, the service by the clerk is polite, and the cocktail tastes normal. The salad worked normally, the fried calamari rings were crispy and delicious, and the wine served in the ladle was good.
Personally, I think I have a good impression of the restaurant, so I might give it a try.

Central Plaza is a 78 floor skyscraper situated between the Exhibition Centre and Admiralty MTR Stations. It is also quite near the Wanchai MTR Station as well. When constructed, this was the tallest building in Asia and held that distinction from 1992-96. Today, it remains the third tallest building in the city and a landmark in the Wanchai area of the city.
Probably the most interesting thing about Central Plaza for tourists is the 46th floor Sky Lobby which you can freely visit to enjoy 360 degree views of HK Island, Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon Peninsula. Access to the 46th floor is by way of the ground level escalator to the lobby and lift bays. Walk to the south side of that floor where you see lifts for floors 46-75. Enter any of the lifts and just press up. All lifts go to floor 46 where everyone exits into the Sky Lobby. Office workers will proceed around to the other side of the 46th floor where they take another series of lifts accessing floors 47-75.
If you are just visiting, you can walk around the 46th floor and enjoy landscape views of the city which are really nice when air quality and sky conditions are favourable. You can see many landmark buildings on both HK Island and the Kowloon Peninsula across the harbour. 10-20 minutes to enjoy the views will do. Then, just return the same way you came, back down the lift to the ground levels where you can continue onward with other intended sightseeing in the area.

發現了一個好抵食的high tea set，Feast Oyster Bar and Restaurant，位於中環域多利皇后街15-16號地下及1樓。 餐廳燈光柔和，環境舒適，下午茶三層架(二人用)$298 ～ 有兩杯汽葡萄酒和兩杯即磨咖啡或茶，，$88 就可以升級至1.5小時free flow有汽葡萄酒🥂。
📍First Tier :
挪威煙三文魚脆餅 ～ 嫩滑帶鹹香味的煙三文魚， 配上香脆的脆餅，好味。
巴馬火腿配蜜瓜 ～ 甜美的蜜瓜配上肉質柔軟，鹹度適中的巴馬火腿， 兩者是絕配。
迷你牛肉芝士漢堡 ～ 漢堡扒有香濃的牛肉味，juicy又惹味。
📍Second Tier :
手工窩夫 ～ 烘得好香脆， 配上酸酸甜甜的草莓醬， 增添滋味。
朱古力布朗尼 ～ 香醇的朱古力味， 綿密的口感，一啖一口。
馬卡龍 ～ 優雅又可愛的馬卡龍，內餡黏稠扎實， 給人甜絲絲的感覺。
📍Third Tier :
法式焦糖燉蛋 ～ 焦糖燉蛋厚實綿密的口感， 入囗細滑， 配上面層焦糖薄脆，更醇香美味。
蘋果金寶 ～ 熱辣辣的蘋果金寶， 食落鬆香可口， 帶有陣陣的肉桂香味， 配上軟綿綿的蘋果肉， 味道更佳。
Cappuccino ～ 綿密的泡沫，與咖啡混合其中，入口香濃。
Flat White ～ 細幼奶泡和濃縮咖啡混合而成， 口感豐盈綿密。
有汽葡萄酒 ～ 在推廣期間每位客人獲贈一杯有汽葡萄酒。
性價比好高的一個high tea set， 環境又舒適， 下次一定會再嚟🙌🏻。

經過這間位於中環士丹利街新開的外賣店 店舖乾淨企理又好抵食下 主打麻辣菜式好特別🌶️岩晒喜歡吃辣的我 外賣了幾款招牌便當和小食味道有驚喜🥡好適合中環上班族 下次會再encore😬店主好好比左兩盒自家調配辣粉比我可以自己加辣😜

Great free viewing spot on Level 46. As other reviewers have posted. Central Plaza is not a shopping mall, mainly offices and judging by the flags out front about a dozen different consulates are here. The reason you might come is simply to wander the massive Level 46 viewing floor. I’m guessing this was built as a transfer floor as it’s a huge area with no retail or anything here. Just massive double height windows in all directions. If they allowed a coffee shop to set up business here it would be one of the most impressive in HK! Anyhow if your a tourist or new to HK and looking for an observation deck of the city in a spot where you won’t be bothered by crowds… this is the place to come. You need to come up the escalators from the walkway level to the mezzanine floor where there is a Pacific Coffee place. Find the bank of lifts that take you to levels 46-75. The lifts are super high speed you’ll go from M to 46 in about 28 seconds. Then you’re there. In this massive space. The only other folk around you will be office workers moving between the transfer lifts. The rest of the floor space is yours to enjoy the views from.

No problem I’m getting in the lift after lunch hours. 46th floor and you’ve got some good photos of all of HK, be it the peak, Victoria Harbour, the spinning restaurant of the Hopewell Centre, IFC, ICC and all the others. A night visit would be good!

無料の展望台があると聞いて行ってみました。
エントランスホールからエレベーターで上がるそうですが、立派なエントランスホールで、エレベーターもたくさんあってどれを使えばよいかわからず。。。
結局行き方がわからず、断念しました。
もう少し下調べしてから行くべきだったかも。

那邊柱立著各式各樣的建築，但每一棟都讓人有著壓迫感，不過確是人人最愛的廣場之一，另外這次看到《阿千看世界》的文章才知道要先在「KLOOK客路」買好券(真的比現場便宜)，這位旅遊部落客阿千真的強！外加她的「agoda訂房」折扣密技也讓我省下了好幾千，有興趣的人可以上網搜尋《阿千看世界》

can get 360 HK city view for free without crowded tourists. From floor lobby can look for lift to 46th floor sky lobby. Lift speed very fast lest then 10s can arrived at 46 floor. enjoy the 360 view. Less people going here maybe cz of not all people know this hidden place.
