We had a 7 day tour with Bencia. Beach and safari. The hole trip was over our expectations. The accommodations were very good, we had some small issues with hot water in a couple of rooms, but it was the hotels problem. We wanted to do some extra trips, and Alfred helped us with booking, transport and everything. All cars used for transfers had working AC. The safari was great, the drivers do their best to find all the animals we wanted to see and to inform us about them. We recived water as promised in the safari.
All the questions we had, Alfred responded via whatsapp. Thank you for the good memories.

I highly recommend Bencia Africa Adventures and Safari. Alfred, the owner was a pleasure to speak to and so patient with all my questions and requests. He was able to tailor 2 perfect luxury safaris to both Samburu and Amboseli. The lodges he picked for us were amazing; Ol Tukai lodge in Amboseli and Intrepid Tented camp in Samburu. We saw feeding cheetahs, lions, elephants, giraffes and hippos as well as flamingos. Joseph our guide drove us safely to and back and made sure we saw the Big 5 as well as a wonderful time. Could not ask for anything more. Thank you so much Alfred for a once in a lifetime experience.

Joseph is a great guide!On my recent safari trip in Kenya, I was fortunate to encounter an extraordinary guide who not only made my travel experience unforgettable but also deepened my understanding .
1. Dedicated and Professional: From the moment we met, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm for his work. He paid great attention to our safety and satisfaction, ensuring that every adventure was safe and enjoyable.

On Day 1, we were picked up at our hotel in Nairobi and drove about 5 1/2 hours to our accommodation, close to the gate of the Masai Mara. Even in the afternoon we had our first game drive where we could discover the first zebras, wildebeest, giraffes,.... The day ended with a beautiful sunset in the national park. The accommodation was as expected simple. The staff was very nice and the food delicious.
Day 2 began in the early hours of the morning. We spent the whole day in Masai Mara National Park and could see an indescribable variety of animals. Driver Ronald was in constant contact with other drivers and drove us to the most amazing places.
On day 3 we made our way to Lake Nakuru. On the way we stopped at Lake Naivasha to take a one-hour boat ride there for an additional fee of $20 per person. Further to Lake Nakuru we only moved into our hotel, which exceeded our expectations. I expected a Tendet Camp, but we moved into a hotel with a pool.
On day 4 we spent the morning in Lake Nakuru National Park where we could once again observe a variety of animals - including even rhinos!
The rest of the day we spent in the car to drive back to Nairobi.
We, and another couple, told our driver that we had to go to the airport and the couple to a nearby airport hotel.
He then called his boss, who informed him that the airport transfer was not included. All passengers were amazed as the drop-off point airport or hotel within Nairobi was included in the price. He called his boss again and gave me the phone to talk to him. He told me the same thing and until the City Market there was radio silence. The driver dropped us off in the middle of the road, no longer felt responsible for us and drove. A little later came a nice lady from caribou safaris, but none of Bencia Safaris was there. The lady from Karibu Safaris contacted Bencia Safaris and after some time we finally met a contact person who finally organized an airport taxi. Fortunately, Bencia Safaris commented and made us an offer to make amends.

Vielen Dank für das Teilen Ihrer Erfahrungen. Es freut mich zu hören, dass Sie Ihre Safari in der Masai Mara und am Lake Nakuru genossen haben und eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an Tieren erleben konnten. Besonders toll ist es, dass Fahrer Ronald Sie zu den besten Orten geführt hat und Ihr Hotel in Nakuru Ihre Erwartungen übertroffen hat.
Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass es am letzten Tag Probleme mit dem Flughafentransfer gab und der Fahrer sich nicht verantwortlich fühlte. Es ist jedoch gut zu wissen, dass Bencia Safaris die Situation anerkannt hat und Ihnen ein Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung gemacht hat. Solche Missverständnisse können manchmal vorkommen, aber die Bereitschaft des Unternehmens, die Situation zu klären, zeigt Professionalität.
Ich hoffe, dass trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeit Ihre Reise insgesamt unvergesslich war!

We had the pleasure of booking a tour with Bencia Africa for our adventure to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the organization was flawless. We went to Amboseli with Morgan and John. They were great hosts, cooker and guide! Always on time, kind, open to share and patient. Any issue they were really resolutive and always with a smile. Their main priority was to give us a good time, in which they greatly succeeded! We would definitely recommend booking a safari with this company :-)
