I had an amazing day thanks to the Team at Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris (KITS): It started before getting to Kenya through several emails and text messages to decide on what to pack in a single day. The communication was easy and friendly. Then, on the day I was warmly welcomed and the tour started. Everything went according to schedule. The driver was friendly and a safe driver. My favorite part was the cycling tour of Hells gate National park. I was lucky to have a great guide, Hassan, who could spot wild animals very easily. He also took time to show me some plants and flowers and he made the experience unforgettable. The boat ride at Lake Naivasha was also amazing with so many birds to spot. Overall a great day made very special thanks to the KITS team. Only point for improvement was the lunch that was disappointing compared to everything else.

From planning the trip to picking up, to the contents of the trip are very smooth and detailed communication, Benjamin is responsible for explaining the possible schedule and ensuring everything goes smoothly. The tour guide and driver Dave is very professional, service friendly and knowledgeable, we had a great time!

We booked a 7-day Safari tour in Kenya with KIT in September 2024. It was an absolutely fantastic experience overall with Benjamin’s help in organising the tour and David and Sammy as our guide/ drivers.
Benjamin was professional, attentive to details, and responsive throughout the process - from quotation, pre-trip preparation to airport pickup. The itinerary was customised to our needs and comprehensive, covering the key national parks including Maasai Mara. We particularly appreciate his advice on accommodation and help with arranging a birthday surprise for our friend (best idea ever!!!) Compared to the other quotations we had, we feel that KIT offers quality service at a reasonable price.
We’re blessed to have David and Sammy as our drivers throughout the trip. Both of them are professional, knowledgeable and lovely people to spend time with. We very much enjoyed the game drives observing wildlife while listening to David/Sammy’s generous sharing of animal knowledge. They were patient with our requests throughout the tour, always trying to give us the best experience in the moment. On the last day we had a bit of an accident on the road. They went out of the way to help us navigate through it, for which we were beyond grateful.
Having two amazing guides/drivers did elevate the whole Safari experience. Thank you so much KIT team! 8 more happy clients now :D

This must be one the most amazing and memorable tour of my lifetime! Thanks Benjamin for organizing the whole trip! Quick response and well communicated. Besides, we (me and my son Chamberlain) would really really really thanks for David giving us such a wonderful time! David is such a good tour guide! Knowledgeable and patient! During the coordination stage, KITS' contact person, Manager Benjamin, demonstrated fairness and efficiency, swiftly handling all the arrangements for the itinerary and accommodations. Upon arriving in Nairobi, Benjamin personally came to the hotel with the safari guide to explain the itinerary in detail, showing professionalism.
The guide, David, who also served as the driver, was very cautious while driving, never speeding, and always maintaining a safe distance when overtaking, which made us feel assured about road safety. Whether we wanted to stop for coffee or use the restroom along the way, he was able to find suitable places.
Throughout the journey, David shared insights about Kenya's culture and traditions, giving us a deeper understanding of the country. When we reached the national park, his sharp eyes always spotted hidden animals and guided us in observing them. David was highly knowledgeable about wildlife behavior, not only locating animals and explaining their habits but also predicting their movements, helping us find the best vantage points. He was equally skilled in identifying various bird species in addition to the large animals.
Apart from the airfare, KITS handled the entire itinerary and accommodations in Kenya, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the trip.

Benjamin is very positive and responsible, and his replies to messages and emails are very timely. He responds positively to any questions and gives the best advice, which really makes people feel safe.
I was also lucky enough to have lunch with Benjamin in Nairobi during the trip. He also asked me about the travel preferences and habits of Taiwanese people. In addition to the need to expand business, he also actively wants to improve better service quality. It is really a constant pursuit.
There is no need to worry about the payment of travel expenses. Benjamin will divide part of the amount and pay in advance as a deposit, and will provide complete payment information. Not long after the wire transfer, I received a reply from Benjamin before I even had time to notify him.
Enock is our driver guide in Kenya. He is always smiling and full of energy. He knows every animal very well. He can always quickly see animals that we have not discovered, and he is also very attentive in introducing us to the characteristics and habits of animals.
Enock was also willing to accept our temporary changes in plans. Whether we set off early or returned later, he fully cooperated and actively helped us discover more animals. We even saw wildebeests crossing river
During the Great Wildebeest Migration across the Tianhe River, you can always find the best location to view the animals and take photos.
We learned a lot about Kenya and animals from him. We get along with each other every day during the trip. He is a warm and reassuring person. He is such an amazing Driver Guide. Best ever.

從一開始的溝通就感受到老闆Benjamin 的認真，幫我們安排了很完善的Safari行程與住宿。出發當天還來酒店見面說明，同時安排給我們的司機Kevin也是很有經驗跟負責任， 讓我們很享受三天兩夜的Safari，感受到馬賽馬拉壯麗的景色與欣賞動物。回到Nairobi時，Benjamin 還來跟我們一起用餐，聆聽我們旅遊後的意見，誠意滿滿，很值得推薦他。

My mom and I had an amazing experience from start to finish with KITS. Ken was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He was very personable and made us feel safe and cared for. He went out of his way to show us the animals (including birds!) that we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable and patient when sharing facts. Ken was also extremely patient (compared to other drivers) and strategic when positioning the car to view the animals which we highly appreciated.
Although we didn't get to see the river crossing, we were able to see the Big 5 over the span of 4 days (Lake Nakaru 1 day and Masai Mara for 3 days)!
Benjamin was very professional and had such fast response times anytime we had questions when coordinating our itinerary. His professionalism is truly hard to beat.
I’d highly recommend booking with KITS if you’re looking for a safari experience of a lifetime. These are good people who are passionate and truly go above and beyond in their services!

Benjamin and David have been amazing throughout the trip. Benjamin has tailor made an itinerary for me to stay in Mara for 3 nights to have more chances seeing the river crossing and we did!! He also gives prompt respond to emails/ enquiries, which facilitates the communication.
David, our guide is really experienced. He taught us a lot not only about the animals, but also the culture, history of Kenya.
This has been an amazing trip and I would highly recommend everyone to join KITS. :)
Harry and I cant wait to come back for another safari with you guys!

My name is Amit and I will be visiting Kenya from the 6th July to 13th July 2018. I will be travelling with my wife and my infant, We would like to experience the best of Kenya during our stay.
May I please request you to revert with an itinerary that would be best suited. We would like comfortable accommodation with a lovely safari experience. Arrival time in Kenya on the 6th - 1305 hrs and departure on 13th at 1345 hrs.

Are you asking how much is the safari costs? I packaged the whole trip and we did 9-days that includes 5-star accommodations throughout and instead of driving to the camps, we flew. If you are specific, I can give you more information. Thank you.

Is it better to book a safari to Masai Mara in late July or during August to see Mara River crossing of the great migration. I have noticed in some reviews of safaris that the migration is earlier due to climate change.

We went 2nd week of August 2016 and saw a river crossing. Some campers saw more than 1 river crossing. I read also before I went that the migration started early but I think if you time it the first week of August, it should be perfect. I suggest you check the herdtracker and see the live feed to see the status of the migration. Google herdtracker as this posing will not allow me to post the link.

We are looking for a tour company that can take us to see the flamingos and to Masai Mara and then drop us off at the Kenya-Uganda border. We are budget conscious but must have accommodations with ensuite toilet. Can you provide this itinerary? What is the cost? Thanks

Thanks Betty for your question. The answer is yes, there are animals to see in various Parks in Kenya in June i.e in Masai Mara, you will see Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs, Buffalo's, Giraffes, Warthogs among other animals. In Lake Nakuru we have White Rhinos among other animals and a few flamingos at the moment due to Climate change. In Amboseli, it is mount Kilimanjaro and Elephants seen here.
