Pretty poor coordination, van drivers for the Mara safari were given incorrect hotel names, so ended up wasting an hour on day one. On day two, the van broke down inside the Mara near Keekorok airstrip, we then abandoned the drive, came out and spent the next hour in the sun waiting while the drivers and guide used our drinking water to cool the radiator.
Navigation was also quite poor. Only saving grace was the first evening safari where we had some great sightings.
Wouldn't recommend this safari. The drivers and guides weren't bad, but overall experience is pretty bad.

there services were excellent, the game drives and the driver guides were knowledgeable even he vehicle was in good condition
