The company that was supposed to bring the car to the airport early in the morning screwed up. An emergency phone call to Modan and 45 minutes later we were on our way in a rental car. We got a Toyota Harrier in very good condition.
Customer service at a very good level. Good contact by phone and whatsapp. A small misunderstanding about the need to wash the car before returning it does not change the fact that in my opinion Modan is definitely a good choice.

I rented a car from Modan for about 3 weeks and experienced great customer service from the first interaction I had with Moses until I returned the car. They delivered the car to me at the agreed upon location 30 minutes early and they came to retrieve the vehicle at the airport upon my departure. The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, which added to my overall positive experience. I will surely recommend them and I'm going back to them for my car rental needs during future visits. Keep up the excellent customer service.

The Modan Cars offer comfort and are always delivered on time. The cars are well maintained-all new. My family enjoyed riding in the top of range Landcruiser we got over Christmas holidays. Really loved the car, I had to extend the lease. Thank you Modan Team, wishing you continued success in 2024✨

Car hire in Kenya was always unpredictable and inconsistent until I found Modan Rent a Car. From the moment I contacted them, to the time I returned the car, Modan made sure I received five star services. I rented a Mazda CX5 for 17 days and the car was delivered to me at my location. The car was clean and free of any issues. I was able to sign my agreement and pay using a credit card at time delivery. Thanks to Modan I was able to visit different parts of our country that I had never been without experiencing any problems. Everytime I visit home I will always use Modan for my vehicle needs. Modan was excellent in communication, delivery, car cleanliness and quality.

I've rented from Modan on numerous occasions and they have consistently been the best. Their price is lower than everyone and don't nickel and dime you like other agencies.
They deliver clean and fresh smelling car to you.
Return: A piece of cake. They pick up the car from your convenient location.
I will definitely book with Modan again and again. I highly recommend them.

During my trip to Nairobi , Modan rent a car came in handy! I booked a people’s favorite car (Toyota Land Cruiser Prado) to that effect. Got it at an affordable price and was delivered to my doorstep. The owner is always a phone call away for help and made my trip easy and enjoyable. If you traveling to Kenya I highly recommend modan rent a car for easy travel
