This day trip was a dream come true! My sister and I were quite excited about getting to walk around ancient Ephesus. Our guide, Mr Emre, was perfect! If I could have hand picked my guide, Mr Emre is who I would have picked. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, interesting, nice, and easy to talk with. He was able and eager to answer all of our questions and was always willing to take our pictures. He knew the best places to stand to be away from the crowds and see the breathtaking buildings and statues.
From the beginning we felt like we were well taken care of. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in Istanbul to be taken to the airport. At the airport in Izmir, Mr Emre greeted us and had a sign with my name on it. At that moment, the tour began. We had Mr Emre and his driver all to ourselves! My sister and I had the most wonderful and memorable day, and it was all because of this tour company and Mr Emre. Thank you!

They were days full of culture and stunning landscapes. Everything worked very well from the airport reception, hotels, transportation and tours. Highlight for our excellent guide, Mr. Tayfun, who accompanied us throughout the journey.
We had full support from Mr. Fevzi from Curio Travel.
This tour is really worth it. We enjoyed discovering marvelous Türkiye. We spend 2 extra days in Istanbul by our own, which we recommend 👌🏻

Leyla was an excellent guide. Although there could have been 10 people maximum we were the only couple. Enjoyed our personal tour and the one-on-one interaction.

We took a private tour through Curio Travel while on a cruise that ported in Istanbul. We visited the Ancient Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Mr. Volkan was our tour guide. He was friendly and professional. He let us see the sites at our pace. After seeing all the sites he took us to an awesome restaurant in the Grand Bazaar to try some local cuisine. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Took this tour from our cruise ship. We were picked up by Leyla and driver who were kind enough to take us to our hotel to drop off our luggage and our tour began. A very full day of all the sights and wonderful history of beautiful Istanbul. Consider this company if you prefer a private tour if you are on a cruise or just at a local hotel and ask for Leyla!!

We visited Istanbul from a cruise ship in September 2023 and had an amazing tour. Our guide for the full day was Semih and he had so much information about the sites we visited that we were astounded. Really nice man, and he took us to an off-the-beaten-track restaurant in the Grand Bazaar that was absolutely delicious and a wonderful respite from the chaos of the market. The guide we had for our 2nd day was Ali and he was likewise filled with knowledge of all the sites we visited. We had "whispers" on the 2nd day (little devices with earpieces so we could hear our guide better) and those worked really well during our site visits. Transportation was excellent, with a very nice (big) van, and a good driver, for our small group of 10. Wonderful visit to Istanbul and amazing sights seen. Very good tour.

Our guide Ulku was fabulous. We traveled throughout the city with her and she brought the city to life.

Excellent tour from start to finish. We were met at the port by Leila, a charming young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her city. Due to our late arrival, and the insane traffic in Istanbul, we knew we could not see everything we had wanted to, but over the course of that afternoon/evening and the next morning, Leila managed to cover all the key highlights. She organized everything so that we never had to wait very long at any place we went, and she shared lots of interesting information. Great experience and loved the fact that it was a private tour just for the two of us. Would definitely book with this company again.

We just returned from doing the 8 days Istanbul & 7 Churches Tour.
It was G-reat!
Despite the fact that we had a flight cancellation etc, Fezvi, our Curio tour operator rep was able to revise our itinerary to accommodate the changes and answered the questions we had before and during the trip which was reassuring. The choice of hotels were good as well, especially the ones outside Istanbul, we loved the Spa Hotel Colossae Thermal, and the Efes hotel the most (because of seaside view) and the modern concepts - Thank you so much Fevzi.
Our tour guides were God-sent!
Mustafa, our guide for the Istanbul leg was amazing, giving us the history behind the structures we visited and answering the questions we had. Should I also the mention the shops he recommended for our shopping🙂...? ( Tree of life ceramics & gift shop, the Sah Sultan Turkish delight and essential oil shop and the Istanbul Pashmina in the Grand Bazaar where they sell lovely Turkish silk scarfs .
We had so much fun as Mustafa was quite friendly and humourous 😄. We would also like to put in a word and say Mustafa is the Man with (With a thumbs up 👍).
Oh! There is more... Tan, Our guide in Izmir for our tour of the 7 Churches in the book of Revelation was exceptional and great in taking us through the history and background information about the 7 Churches of Asia which gave us more understanding about the times in which the community of the Churches existed, and what the Church had to contend with.
Tan also recommended eating places with excellent Turkish dinning which we enjoyed.
We also visited and shopped at the Kapadokia
Onyx shop and also bought some traditionally made raisins on the way.
Tan and the driver took really good care of us with a tailor made service.
Would highly recommend this tour👍.

No regrets with booking this tour! Everything was well-handled: booking, tickets, transfers, schedule. Mr Fevzi, the tour operator, was very communicative and helpful. Our guide, Secil, was excellent as well. She was very knowledgeable about Turkish history, archaeology, geography, and present-day politics. She was also very sensitive to our needs. We would book this tour with this company and this guide again.

Buenas tardes.
Me dispongo a visitar Estambul a finales de este mes y estaría interesado en contratar un tour completo por Éfeso junto con mi pequeño grupo (somos 6 personas).
Viajamos desde Estambul en avión hasta Esmirna (Izmir) en un vuelo que nos deja sobre las 9.30 am. Nos gustaría contratar este tour pero desconozco y no soy capaz de encontrar información clara de si alguna de sus opciones de tour contempla la posibilidad de recogida en el aeropuerto para trasladarnos a la visita de Éfeso.
Estaríamos muy interesados en la contratación de esta opción puesto que desconocemos la forma de movernos desde el aeropuerto y llegar hasta la propia zona a visitar por nuestra cuenta.
Agradecería enormemente información al respecto para poder proceder con la reserva.
