Contratamos toda la estadia en Turquia desde el dia 30/05/24 hasta el dia 05/06/24. Tuvimos excursiones todos los dias con guia en Español, traslados, paseos y adicionales sin problemas.
En el segundo dia, tuvimos un paseo con un guia que solo hablaba ingles, pero gracias a la rapida intervención de la agencia dieron la posibilidad de que el guia hiciera la traducción usando el Google Traductor.
Las recogidas en el hotel para los paseos siempre fueron puntuales y eramos notificados via WhatsApp con antecedencia.
Los paseos en Capadocia fueron inolvidables y muy bien organizados.
El paseo en globo fue un espectaculo.
Solo resta agradecer a Shashot Travel por el sentido de responsabilidad, seriedad, cortesia y excelente servicio que dan a sus clientes.
Si viajara de nuevo a Turquia, seguramente los contrataria nuevamente.
We contracted the entire stay in Turkey from 05/30/24 to 06/05/24. We had excursions every day with a guide in Spanish, transfers, walks and additional activities without problems.
On the second day, we had a tour with a guide who only spoke English, but thanks to the quick intervention of the agency they gave the guide the opportunity to do the translation using Google Translator.
The hotel pick-ups for the tours were always punctual and we were notified via WhatsApp in advance.
The tours in Cappadocia were unforgettable and very well organized.
The balloon ride was a spectacle.
It only remains to thank Shashot Travel for the sense of responsibility, seriousness, courtesy and excellent service they give to their clients.
If I traveled to Turkey again, I would surely hire them again.

Shashot Travel arranged for a wonderful 2 day and 2 night trip to Cappadocia. They are very easy to communicate with - before and during the trip. They made sure that we knew exactly what time our tour pick-ups were and the cave hotel we stayed at was charming. Also, the shuttle drivers were professional and on time. Shashot's guest house, Marmara Guesthouse in Istanbul is located perfectly near all the major sites. We found the reception desk personnel to be extremely helpful in arranging taxis and giving all sorts of advice. Rooms were small, but clean and we had a nice water view. The breakfast buffet had a huge amount of choices and the coffee was good. We most highly recommend both Shashot Travel and the Marmara Guesthouse! Can't wait to return to Istanbul!

I'm very grateful with Shashot Ttavel! They made my birthday celebration a perfect journey. The hotel was amazing, the timing was perfect and the tour they arranged couldn't be better.

Melahat and Shashot Travel are absolutely amazing! When my trip had to be cut short Melahat arranged everything from an extended stay at my hotel, changing flights, shuttle service and even checked in with me daily to see how I was feeling.

Excellent! Melahat answers fast, makes everything easy and the help is great. I booked the trip with her including flight from Turkey to Cappadocia 2 nights and balloon ride and everything was very well organized.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. Very good communication with the organizer. Melahat was extremely helpful in tailoring the right itinerary for my needs. The quality of the chosen hotels and guides was also very good.

Melahat organized my trip seamlessly. I am extremely pleased with everything: from communication, the quality of hotel/transportation and guide arranged by her. I will totally recommend her to other people visiting Turkey

The turkey tour package arranged by Melahat was efficiently coordinated with the different tour coodinators in istandbul, camakkale, kusadasi, pamukkale, capadoccia to maximize the trip. Of import is the personal and prompt response to any questions/concerns as well as her readiness to assist.
