This service was excellent. Booking was easy, at a good price and with excellent service. The information via whatsapp and email is very effective and informative. The car was very comfortable and our driver Solt, was on time, friendly, courteous and safe. Making our journey to the airport stress-free. The driver both times kept me informed very polite punctual and a really good service will certainly use agin if I come back to Budapest. I would highly recommend.

Terrifying! Driver was watching a live football match on his tablet while he broke speed limits the whole journey from airport to our hotel, reckless and unbelievably dangerous overtaking and lane-switching. Only slowed where speed camera signs were visible. The worst ride of our lives. Felt unsafe the entire time, scared. If the company asks for his dashcam footage (if he has any) they will see. Will be demanding a different driver for our return journey. Would never use again. The two girls from Manchester who shared our ride were also terrified.

Because we are sure you did not booked with us you are not our client and you wrote your review on wrong place!
Our all customers can book directly on our website only: www.airporttransferbudapest.com , but we did not received booking with the details that you described.
Your name and the given details also unknown to us.
- We do not provide shared transfers to anyone (as you mentioned). So based on this it is also impossible that you traveled with us.
Since you did not book with us or travel with us, and you have published this opinion in a completely wrong place, we ask you to remove it from our profile as soon as possible, as this would constitute defamation and would have legal consequences.

After consulting the opinions of several transport companies I chose ATB, the website is easy to use and the correct price. I needed a transfer from the city to the airport. On the website you must indicate the number of passengers, suitcases, the pick-up point that was our hotel, the destination, a smartphone number and the payment method, I chose in euros. Once the order was sent I received an email with the procedure to follow to verify my phone number with a link to send a confirmation code by WhatsApp. 24 hours before the appointment at the hotel I received a WhatsApp message from the driver to inform me that he will be at the appointment the next day at the appointed time as well as the model of the vehicle and its registration number, it is reassuring especially when you are in a foreign country and trust a company you do not know. On Sunday morning 5 minutes before the appointment time I received a message from our driver who informed me that he was in front of the hotel. The transfer went very well (without traffic on a Sunday morning), very clean vehicle. Another info, I asked to be dropped off at Terminal 2B, our plane finally took off from Terminal 2A, in fact being dropped off at 2A or 2B does not change much, it is very easy to change terminals once in the airport. In summary I will trust ATB again if I need their punctual and professional service.

Great airport transfer, maybe the best I've ever used.. Communication before and at time of transfer was clear and instructions easy to follow. The driver was there for us in time and contacted us in the way given. He were polite and friendly and the car clean and comfortable. Great customer service and very easy to book! I highly recommend!

The driver was on time but was looking down at his phone constantly whilst driving. As a result he veered into the opposite lane several times. We felt really unsafe and would never trust this company again

We investigated and state that the driver did not violate any traffic rules. The vehicle's on-board camera recorded everything an we checked a full ride recording. During the trip, he did not cross into the opposite lane as you state, and he obeyed all traffic rules. The driver once looked at his phone while standing at a traffic light, and checked how to avoid the traffic jam so that you could get to the airport on time which finally happened on time, accurately and safely. We wish you all the best.

From booking online to the transfers the whole booking worked perfect and easily. Atilla our driver was in contact as soon as we landed and the collection from the airport was easy with full details of where to go and also the car registration. The collection from the hotel for are return journey, again by Atilla, also went smoothly and pick up was exactly as requested. Thoroughly recommend as a hassle free way of getting from the airport to Budapest and return to the airport

Professional. Courteous. Safe. Reliable. These are the top four words I would use to describe this company and personnel. From the time I booked my transfers on their super user-friendly website, to the time I was picked up, I was entirely and completely satisfied with the service I received. Atilla was my driver picking me up from the airport, and taking me back to the airport. He was fantastic and punctual. He even arrived early for my trip back to the airport, which was Amazing and provided even more peace of mind (one never knows how crowded the airport will be and how much extra time one might need). On the day I landed in Budapest, Atilla was in contact via Whatsapp with me so we could coordinate.
Nothing but praise for the company, Atilla, and the service. I intend on returning to Budapest and will not hesitate to utilize the services of this company again in the near future!

Require private transfer from Budapest Airport to Hotel in Budapest for my family of 10. On the website, didn’t get information on the type of vehicle provided and the max. number of Luggage allowed. Also do I need to pay online or can I also pay cash on arrival to the driver.

On our website you can find all aswers to your questions on the 'Terms and Conditions' page.
- For 10 persons we provide one bus (always the headcount determines the vehicle types).
- The luggage policy also described in the T&C, and there you can check the allowed amounts and dimensions.
- In the T&C also you can read the info about the available payment is: Cash only to the driver in the currecy what you selected at the booking.
(The price on the booking form also indicetaed with cash payment after the currency.)
- In one sentece: You can find most answers in the T&C what you must accept at the time of booking and booking confirmation.

We are staying in the Pest sudecof Budapest at the Aria Hotel Budapest. I understand only "approved" Limos and taxis are permitted access to the restricted area where this hotel is located. Is ATB Airport Transport Budapest ?authorized to deliver guests to the Aria Hotel Budapest?

Probably not but I am not 100% sure. You often have to walk from the nearest spots where the Airport Transfer companies can park. OK if you are fit and have small cases but difficult if not. Perhaps better to ask the hotel for an approved company but they do charge considerably more.
Be careful with taxis in Budapest. Don't just hail one on the street. Ask the hotel to call one for you then take their card to ring them for subsequent trips. It is worth the extra rather than getting ripped off. Metro and buses and trams are good in Budapest especially the one going over Margaret Bridge...a lovely sight. Buses go up to the castle too on Buda side.
Enjoy your trip. Budapest is a great city.

In case a Roundtrip transfer reservation, after the payment you will get a voucher from the driver. On the return way you must show the voucher to our driver (First you must safely check (ask) the Transfer ID with the driver before boarding to the vehicle). The return way in this case is without payment.
