The staff were so friendly, Jess in the coffee shop went out of her way to make sure my son got to enjoy his day, after a very difficult week it’s just what we both needed. She was so kind and so understanding, we got lost due to road closures. When we got there we did a meet and greet, it was amazing! The animals are so clearly very loved! And we stayed for afternoon tea which was so lovely! There was so much food! Really nice clean cafe, definitely recommended and will absolutely be back!

I booked the trekking experience last minute for my 10 year old son, we boty absolutely loved it.
We walked Hunter, fed him, and even got a snuggle by the end.
Our guide Jess, was friendly and knowledgeable.
Lovely afternoon, we'll be back.

Just had a gr8 time with our Grandson who did the Trekking Experience. Jess who lead us was very friendly & knowledgeable of the breed, would recommend to anyone that is mobile.

Mum and I had a wonderful few hours with the alpacas today. It was an ideal gift for my mum who is 77. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk with Fabian.. what a beautiful boy is and an absolute pleasure to walk. We had Jess, Henry and Georgia leading the walk and they were super.. really lovely and very knowledgeable. We finished our day with the most gorgeous cake and coffee! Absolutely delicious and the young lady who served us was really lovely and smiley.. just the kind of person you need in a coffee shop. The shop was great too and we purchased a few bits with Alpacas on as a memento of our day. Thank you so much to everyone involved.. it really was a great day and I would highly recommend anyone to visit and we will definitely return!

Only went for a cup tea and cake but sat outside and watched all the new alpacas and there mums
The farmer came to talk to us and was so informative about the alpacas and a pleasure to talk to

We loved it here!
We paid for the meet and greet feeding experience, which was only £5 each for adults! We were feeding a selection of alpacas for about 15-20 minutes, which we thought was good value for money. It was a really fun experience! They also have a lovely cafe where the cakes and homemade soup were delicious. Would highly recommend

We took our Grandaughter who is 8 yrs old, for an Alpaca trekking experience.She absolutely loved it as did we.
She had Teal who was jet black.
We were given lots of information, which was very informative.
The Alpacas are very well looked after.
There was also a super cat that came for a loooong stroke.
Afterwards we went into the cafe for some very nice coffee, sandwiches and cake.
All in was a lovely visit, and would recommend it highly.
A big Thankyou to all the staff.

We were lucky enough to go on an alpaca trek today. The entire experience was outstanding. The guides, Jess and Henry were interesting, informative and very friendly. Beautiful countryside, helped by glorious sunshine, made the trek thoroughly enjoyable. The alpacas were very easy to lead around. Added bonus of a lovely cafe where we had delicious cakes and coffee.

What a lovely time we had when we visited, you can follow the trail around the different alpaca paddocks and see all the alpacas including the babies!
The boards for each paddock giving you the names of the alpacas in that paddock are a great little extra touch!
You have to stop by the cafe and shop before you go, we had an amazing afternoon tea with delicious cakes whilst watching the mums & babies out of the window!
A great range of alpaca products available in the shop which is great to remember your visit!
If your thinking about visiting, it’s definitely a must!

7 ladies, visiting for the first time. What a wonderful experience, just sitting in the open shelter, enjoying great views of the lovely alpacas and eating superb food, served with a smile! We all chose different food items, from soup to porridge and everyone was very happy with their choices, for taste and value. 5 ladies went on the Meet and Greet experience and returned laughing about the fun time they had had with a knowledgeable lady.
All in all a great day out.
