I was with a friend who did not want to complain, otherwise I would have made my representations immediately. of the Moai I did not like anything .. the establishment is nice shame that it is run with sloppiness and little professionalism. it is little more than a diner with restaurant prices. after eating, it must have been almost three, we asked for two sunbeds for the half day they replied that on holiday (but it was Saturday that is a weekday!) you always paid full. we had just paid 43 euros for two paccheri mussels and pecorino cheese, a sautè of mussels and half a liter of white house, I think that for customers who had just had lunch was due .. in September then!!
There is no service, you pay at the cashier then they call you when your tray is ready.
The paccheri were cooked, almost all broken. they floated in the oil with the pecorino thrown on top that had made all the lumps and 4 mussels on the cross.
the sauté mussels were very good pity that they were cold and especially recycled from other dishes, because some were soft and clear, you could see that they had just been made and others small withered and dark, a clear sign that they had undergone several cooking.
it was all pretty dirty, the tables where you sit are not cleaned between one customer and another, the beds were disgusting from how dirty they were and the lifeguard did not even make the gesture of cleaning it. moreover there are cushions where you can lie down but they were literally filthy. I did not have the courage to go to the bathroom....

Sunbeds and umbrellas for only 6 euros very nice and there is freedom to bring your own

I often go to the Moai because my father always took me there when I was little, (it was called Brasilia and we went next door)... I like the sea at that point.. There are many cockles, and the sea is quite clean... The parking has an agreement with the establishment so you pay five euros then you have a discount on the sunbed... The establishment's restaurant, being Spartan, is too expensive but sometimes I give in to temptation and we eat there (but a first course cannot cost 15 euros, if you serve on a bench like an Abruzzo national park)... The girls at the bar are fantastic, cute and friendly, even the guys are very polite, helpful and always smiling. Even the beautiful lady at the checkout, very nice (but last year, at the checkout, there was also a black girl, a bit grumpy, she seemed to be there reluctantly. There are two checkouts). Quality of food is normal, the cold shower on the beach is useful (there are also coin-operated hot ones)... I've tried other places but I like it there,

Qualità del cibo pessima, abbiamo preso un minuscolo cartoccio di calamari che sembravano gomma al modico prezzo di 14 euro!!! Fatto notare al proprietario che una volta ascoltati si è girato da l'altra parte ed ha continuato a farsi gli affari suoi. Se non sai fare ristorazione e non ascolti i clienti chiuderai presto.... !

Mi dispiace, sono anni che vado, ma è cambiato e non in meglio. La cosa assurda sono i prezzi del ristorante: abbiamo pagato € 15 un piatto di pasta come lo pagheresti in un ristorante, servito, con tovaglia e servizi igienici funzionanti e puliti, cose che qui non ci sono. La spiaggia ormai è senza controllo, ti occupano anche l'ombra. Prima investivano di più sul cliente, peccato.

Tutto deludente , premetto che ero andata già l anno scorso ed ero rimasta molto contenta, sono ritornata ieri e devo dire caos più totale, ci sta gente che va in due e prende 40mq di spiaggia , mettendo asciugamani ovunque, ma aldilà di questo devo mettere una nota dolente anche sulla parte ristorante, alle 12.40 prendo delle patate fritte (si presume siano fresche e fatte quasi al momento) praticamente rifatte vecchie neanche l olio hanno lasciato sulla carta per come erano fredde mosce e vecchie, spaghetti con le vongole con 4 vongole contate e 5 gusci vuoto , con i prezzi che hanno mi sarei aspettata cibo migliore, considerando che ci sono andata di proposito dal ricordo che avevo, non giudico gli aumenti ma in questo caso si sono stati veramente senza senso non ci torneremo mai più

Pranzo infrasettimanale di coppia nel ristorante dello stabilimento balneare; ordinati un antipasto, due primi, due calici di vino: prezzo 69,50 euro. Innanzitutto la scelta era limitata a solo due antipasti, due primi e due tipi di fritto misto (troppo poco e va tenuto conto che più è limitata l'offerta, minori sono i costi del gestore) ; servizio approssimativo: non è stato mostrato un menù con i prezzi, servizio direttamente sul tavolo senza nessun tipo di tovaglia e/o tovagliette per appoggiare le posate oltre che i piatti, i tre piatti ordinati sono arrivati separatamente e distanziati di diversi minuti l'uno dall'altro. In sostanza, anche se la qualità del cibo non è criticabile, un prezzo complessivo sproporzionato al servizio offerto.In sintesi: Ristorante Vivamente sconsigliato.

Da circa 10 anni è stata per me una tappa fissa estiva, le cozze il cagnolone all’entrata, erano un paio d’anni che mancavo e quest’anno purtroppo mi sono trovato in un posto diverso, scortesia al bar dipendenti più concentrati ai propri telefoni che ai clienti,poca disponibilità, ho provato uno, due, tre giorni poi ho cambiato stabilimento… peccato!

Posto indubbiamente molto carino con grande potenziale, spero cambino presto la gestione che attualmente risulta davvero scadente.
Formula aperitivo apparentemente allettante, 10€ per spritz (COMPLETAMENTE annacquato di sola soda) o birra, a cui aggiungono un piattino di plastica con due assaggi rinsecchiti e sconditi senza posate o tovaglioli.
Il peggio è il servizio: niente servizio al tavolo, ma neanche pulizia dell'ambiente nell'arco della giornata. Il nostro tavolo era appiccicoso e sotto alle panche c'erano rimasugli di telline, un cucchiaio sporco, tovaglioli (suppongo del pranzo), sopra una sedia rimasugli di gelato.
Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile dare una pulita e ci è stato consegnato (maleducatamente) un panno puzzolente. Non sono organizzati neanche per gestire le ordinazioni, le cameriere dietro al bancone scortesi.
Peccato, potenzialmente un posto da ottimo aperitivo.

La poca attenzione x la raccolta differenziata. . Le plastiche abbandonate e le cicche ogni dove. . Mi amareggiato molto.. potete fare qualcosa?

Non è facile rendersene conto ma al Moai Beach sono presenti 8 isole ecologiche e tutte le sere viene passato un speciale setaggio su tutta la sabbia per la rimozione anche delle cicche di sigarette. In altri comuni della Costa laziale le amministrazioni hanno vietato la possibilità di fumare in spiaggia, dal canto nostro saremmo ben lieti di predisporre delle aree dedicate hai fumatori. Speriamo amo di doverlo fare presto.

we are going to Rome for the last week of August and planning on a beach day to Moai beach due to the good reviews - does anyone know if you need to pay for sun beds and if the water is nice to swim in - I prefer it with not too many waves! Many thanks for any advice....
