It was very nice but with a little crowded an hour waiting to get his seats the staff was very nice reasonable rate.

Welcoming places with atmosphere, music and games. Access to the slopes fast and at a correct rate. Nice waiters and cashiers.

First time we went to the speed park, although you had to register at the entrance, the queue was quite long to reach the cash registers. Whether it was the security guard or those at the checkouts, everyone had a smile, which was pleasant.
Everything went well but I found that there could have been more choice in terms of balls (more medium sizes and less maxi).

We went with 3 couples with children around 18-30 for a game of laser game. We called during the day to find out if we needed to make a reservation. No reservation possible. At 6-30 p.m., we were told to come back after 8 p.m. Back around 20-50, we were told to queue because session around 21-30. After 30 minutes in line, no more places, session not possible. What a desappointment!
The staff says that they keep reporting this type of complaint but that it is not heard… in short, mediocre experience! 3 disappointed couples and 5 children who will have no desire to have their birthday in this speed park!
Little extra of the experience: For those who don't know, the annual membership card mentioned and to be purchased at the entrance by the security guard is not obligatory.
I hope that these comments will be taken into account by managers to improve the customer experience! For us, it's too late!

A shame! Unsanitary floor (arrived at opening) friendliness of the staff non-existent except the entrance security guard!!! Incomprehensible waiting time so early in the day given the crowds!

Je suis allée au speed parc pour l'anniversaire de mon fils et je suis déçue, les salariés pas aimable, nous sommes livrés à nous même, on m'a refusé de me redonner un jeton suite à sa perte je trouve cela très limite pour le prix que j'ai payé. Pas de part de gâteau pour les parents aucune décoration.

Fun day out for all. Good value on both go karting and bowling. Plenty of activities for all different interest would definitely recommend

La sécurité y est inexistante, ma nièces à percuté un autre kart et aux vues des conséquences du choc je doute que les karts soient aux normes. Même après l’incident pas de service de soins pour voir si les personnes concernées allaient bien, les personnes qui s’occupaient du circuit n’étaient pas gentilles non plus et ils étaient même culpabilisants.
Seule deux personnes étaient aimables, le vigile et le monsieur du laser game. Le reste du personnel n’était ni souriant ni aimable.
