Very unfortunate experience, from traveling stopped in transport through the Lakes, taking you on public transport and not having bought the tickets beforehand.
Failure to comply with designated hotels
Having to carry the suitcases 200 meters walking without any help.
Not having internet in hotels
The microphone's cell phone charger does not work
Not having a guide, but a companion
The list goes on

Estimados señores,
lamentamos mucho que nuestro Tour de los Lagos, circuito que operamos desde hace más de 25 años, no haya mantenido su estandard habitual, y les haya causado esta experiencia.
En primer lugar, les pedimos nuestras sinceras disculpas y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier aclaración o información ulterior.
Quisieramos únicamente sobrayar que el problema de la falta de espacio en el barco público en el Lago de Como (la manera más completa y rápida para poder admirar el lago por completo entre pueblos y jardines) ha surgido por razones técnicas al barco previsto, mayor del que se ha utilizado, siendo éste un cambio de último momento, frente al cual no se pudo operar diversamente.
Todos los hoteles con quienes trabajamos disponen de conexión Wi-fi gratuita y accesible.
Los hoteles que se indican en nuestros programas son los mismos o similares por categoría y ubicación: el de Verona es de la misma cadena hotelera del que solemos utilizar y queda a 200 metros de distancia.
Dicho esto, no podemos que reiterar nuestras disculpas esperando que nos den una segunda oportunidad en otra ocasión con la certidumbre que no lo decepcionaremos.

The views on this trip (Dolomites and Italian Lakes for 7 Days) were amazing and potentially present many awesome photo opportunities. However, the bus often didn't stop for photos at the best places. Essentially, this is a Spanish speaking tour (although it is advertised as bi-lingual). The guide is Spanish speaking and not overly confident with English. We had to constantly ask questions as to where we were going / meeting places etc. We found this information was readily given to the Spanish speakers but the English speakers (at least 8 of us on tour) had to seek it out.
The Guide was also inept at organisation. For example, mistakenly she got us to line up in the public line for the Lake Como cruise and didn't realise there was a special line for tour groups. It was only when one of our Aussie friends on the tour (who spoke Italian) realised this mistake and got us onto the correct line. However, this was too late to get us a seat on the boat and we had to tour Lake Como standing up for over 2 hours with sights obscured by hordes of other people. We would have been better without a tour guide!
So, my recommendation is don't take this tour unless you are competent in Spanish (despite what Europeando Europa will say about it being a bi-lingual tour).

Abbiamo trascorso tre bellissimi giorni ad Acqui Terme e dintorni organizzati in maniera impeccabile dall'agenzia Europeando Europa. Abbiamo effettuato una passeggiata con lama e alpaca, visitato due castelli (uno sede del museo archeologico di Acqui) e fatto visita a due cantine. La signora Grazia ci ha egregiamente seguito sia nella fase di prenotazione che durante il nostro soggiorno, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Tutto è stato organizzato molto bene, l'agenzia è stata molto gentile e premurosa. E' stata anche molto paziente nel fornirci disponibilità su diverse date perché continuavamo ad avere contrattempi per le date che chiedevamo. i fornitori ci hanno fatto vivere delle bellissime esperienze e sono stati molto gentili. Abbiamo solo avuto due piccoli contrattempi perché il museo e un castello hanno aperto in ritardo rispetto gli orari segnalati e concordati ma l'agenzia ha subito trovato una soluzione.

Ottima offerta per conoscere Acqui Terme!
Soggiorno molto ben organizzato dall'agenzia Europeando: Hotel, Ristorante, Degustazione vini con visita alla vigna ed in particolare visita presso il Centro Cinofilo con istruttore molto esperto che mi ha dato ottimi consigli per capire al meglio il mio cane.
Tre giorni di vacanza col proprio cane da consigliare a tutti...un cane felice significa un padrone felice.
Soggiorno molto ben organizzato dall'agenzia Europeando: Hotel, Ristorante, Degustazione vini con visita alla vigna ed in particolare visita presso il Centro Cinofilo con istruttore molto esperto che mi ha dato ottimi consigli per capire al meglio il mio cane.
Tre giorni di vacanza col proprio cane da consigliare a tutti...un cane felice significa un padrone felice.

As a family of three, we were excited to go on the 7 day northern lakes and Dolomites tour - especially as it would be very difficult to visit these areas by ourselves (visiting from Australia and not confident driving/getting around to these areas).
The tour started well, we were the only English speakers but we had been assured our guide would provide fluent English commentary.
Perhaps we expected too much but there was very little information provided about where we were or where we were travelling through. In fact, the first three days we received very limited information in total while the Spanish speakers were provided with much more.
We visited some stunning places but too much of the tour focused on lunch breaks and eating rather than seeing the sights.
Halfway through the tour more English speakers joined the group bit we still had to seek information rather than being provided with it on some occasions.
The bus was too big for navigating city streets and mountain switchbacks - the driver often had to reverse and try multiple times to get around corners and switchbacks. I felt very sorry for him - he did a marvelous job but it would have been so much easier for him and much more enjoyable for us if we weren't concerned about falling off the side of a mountain.
The company can't seem to decide whether they are catering to small groups or large and this has a huge impact on the enjoyment of the tour.
In Trento we were advised that we would have several hours and could visit the castle. After paying for admission and entering we were then advised that because it was raining some people didn't want to stay so we were cutting the visit short - this should never happen!
We then had to get back on the bus only to stop at a truck stop for lunch (instead of staying in lovely Trento).
There wasn't really any point to having the guide as he did not provide much "guiding" only very limited information and directions to places he thought we should go and eat. We would have done as well with just the driver.
If you can navigate your way around the northern lakes and Dolomites by yourself then I recommend you do that. Otherwise, perhaps a different company would provide a better tour.

The tour you mentioned is one of our best-sellers for Northern Italy area, and we are proud that from several years has been appreciated by travelers from all over the world because of its itinerary, the hotels and services we choose and the staff we cast.
Our tours are multilingual in Spanish and English and, just by chance, on the departure you booked you were the only English mother tongue for the first part of the tour. Our staff is well prepared to face any necessity of the travelers and to provide them all the help, information and assistance they could need all along the tour; we are sorry you have felt some kind of inadequacy or inefficiency in our guide's job during the tour.
We would like to clarify that we use different types of transport for our tours which, depending on the size of the group, can be from a small van to a larger bus. Whatever the vehicle used, compliance with the safety standards required by law is always guaranteed, as well as the comfort for our travelers!

Tomamos el Tour de Liguria y Toscana de 10 dias de duración. Eramos 8 personas en una van con el chofer-guía Alessandro. No me alcanzarían los adjetivos para expresar lo bien que pasamos. más allá de lo bien diseñada que está la excursión pero fundamentalmente la calidad humana y profesional de Alessandro.
Sin duda volveríamos a contar con vuestros servicios.

Realizamos el tour de Córcega y Cerdeña con Gian Luca y fue realmente agradable recorrer los hermosos paisajes que visitamos. Muy bien situados los hoteles, excepto en Bastia, que estaba alejado, pero la belleza del paisaje suplía el inconveniente. Gian Luca fue un excelente acompañante, siempre dispuesto y amable. Recomendamos el tour sin dudarlo por los lugares conocidos y los servicios prestados. Esperamos poder repetir la experiencia con otro de los tours y con Luca, por supuesto!

Mi primer tour, fue hace 4 años ( GRANDES LAGOS ), el año pasado; inauguramos el Tour de Emilia Romagna y Le Marche y desde el 20/05 al 08/06/2016 , el GRAN TOUR DE CERCEÑA, CORCEGA Y EL ARCHIPIELAGO TOSCANO. Tres experiencias inolvidables, donde pudimos disfrutar de los lugares que visitamos y además de la profesionalidad y calidad humana , de los guías y en los 2 últimos tours, también choferes: GIAN LUCCA (2012 Y 2016) y ALESSANDRO (2015). Para los pasajeros de habla hispana, por la variedad de ofertas , calidad y conocimiento de las necesidades del turista y atención personalizada, DE ELECCION !!!!! Hemos dejado en Italia, no los lugares visitados que recordaremos siempre, ni los guías que nos acompañaron y transportaron : DOS AMIGOS !!!!! Estoy en contacto por mail con la empresa, para volver a utilizar sus servicios, si DIOS quiere , el año próximo.
