Back at Columbus after many years, everything has remained the same except for the outdoor whirlpool which in its time was just a paddling pool. the water in the pools is spotless as well as the environment and deliciously warm; the logistics of the changing rooms would be the change. Of note is the faux wood flooring around the tubs that is probably not up to standard, with wet feet it is very easy to slip. Entrance prices are cheap compared to all other thermal pools in the area.

Cheap swimming pools but that offer little, spacious changing rooms and showers always clean, wall dryer available, extra sockets partly not working, 3 pools, 2 outdoor, a low round outdoor x children where once there was a fungus with waterfall x the little ones, now they have taken it off and there are no entertainments for the little ones. outdoor trampoline at 2 heights that opens at predefined times. small indoor Hydro tanks always full, small environment so few deckchairs available inside. No jumping and diving, you can not bring inflatable games or balls. Several lifeguards. Outdoor mini bar with very little choice (classic toast, piadina, pizza) and few covered seats.

I booked afternoon admission for me and my 12-year-old son. The surprise arrived at the checkout .. my son according to them had to pay the full fee that is 20 € when instead in their flyer it said that from 2 to 12 years the entrance was 14 €. The lady instead vehemently defended her own version that from 12 years you paid in full. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of clarity and the absolute difficult position of the staff at reception. Second of all, no free deckchairs despite making a reservation. For the rest my judgment is sufficient.

Beautiful swimming pool, kept very clean and wide choice of pools for every need... but unfortunately disability during the Christmas holidays is not considered, my disabled son paid the full price of the ticket .. what a disappointment ..

The property is not brand new, but it is well maintained and clean. Great staff, we have been on several occasions and both the girls at the reception and the lifeguards were very kind, very attentive and present on the pool floor.

Let me start by saying that I had a season ticket. I arrived 15 minutes early and they wouldn't let me in even to use the toilet 🤬 I didn't say anything out of politeness. I come back after 3 days and the same …….. with the same arrogance and rudeness asks me to respect the timetable because "someone" told her that I stayed 30 minutes longer than I should have!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬I have no words
1) I pay for parking for 2 hours and 20 minutes.
2) I have to be in Vicenza every day at 3pm
SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO STAY IN THE POOL UNTIL 3:00 PM
Did I perhaps get in the way because I was doing gymnastics alone? since they offer water aerobics?
Well 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and I stop so long it's not worth it

Little organization. Decaying structure. I happened to be there on a rainy day and there was no possibility to use the indoor pools all day, as they were used for courses. The outdoor pools are very poorly maintained and not clean. The bar was closed. Furthermore, in the women's locker room there are few hairdryers and they do not dry. The only acceptable area was the spa, with the flaw of only being able to use it for an hour.

definitely a very good value for money. The structure is equipped with several swimming pools, two internal and two external. The water temperature is not very high but still pleasant. It is possible to bring your lunch and eat it in a "snack" area. I recommend bringing your own hairdryer because the facility is not equipped with one

We went today (Saturday 16th), my wife and I and I can say that the experience was completely positive. Starting from the kindness and courtesy of the staff, we must give particular appreciation to the very kind lady who gave us a massage with excellent professionalism and competence.
I think we will definitely be back.

We have always liked the place a lot.
Excellent price/quality.
Every year even though we live in Verona and others in Vicenza, we pack 2, 3 cars full and during the holidays we do a day at Columbus.
Unfortunately we have noticed several times that lifeguards mistreat customers, abusing their role.
Furthermore, on public holidays, WITHOUT warning, despite the outdoor pool being small and full of people, more than half the pool was occupied by the aquagim course, forcing us to remain stuck in the remaining part of the pool.
Excellent price/quality.

Buon giorno, all'interno le piscine sono molto alte o ci sono anche zone per bambini? Ho letto della piscina bassa esterna ma nulla in merito all'interno.

Buongiorno e grazie per averci contattato.Le piscine all'interno hanno un' altezza che va dai 140 cm ai 150 cm . Ci sono 2 idromassaggi dove si sta comodamente seduti. A disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento. cordialmnete . Staff Columbus
