We took my daughter and 5 friends here for her 9th birthday. The session started and ended precisely on time, was well organised and the staff were helpful. My wife and I were able to relax I'm the waiting area during the session.
All the girls loved the experience and can't wait to go back, thank you!

Had a great time, plenty to do for an hour! There was a good variety of games - suitable for younger (not 18plus games) although we were 3 adults and we had fun!

We came on Saturday for my son's birthday party with 8 of his friends. They had a brilliant time - they loved all the games and the competition on his chosen game added an extra element of fun, as did the awards ceremony at the end! Would highly recommend!

Brilliant for parents and children! Time goes too fast and an hour isn’t enough. So nice to have the free play so you can try different machines. Great selection and friendly staff.

I took my 4yr old daughter here for the first time. So didn't know what to expect, however it had enough games for both adults and children to have fun time. Especially liked the fact they had another area for those under younger and age appropriate games. I like the fact you need to book so that it doesn't get to packed. My daughter had a great time and we'll certainly come back again

We had a really lovely event for my son's 15th birthday party. The staff were so considerate, and Elliot in particular looked after us so well. The facilities were clean and games plentiful - the kids had a ball. And the party room was wonderful - really beautifully done with great lighting and decor, and I had plenty of time to set up and clear away - and there was even a secure space to store all our stuff before the room was ready. All in all a great experience, and highly recommended for a teen birthday party. Thanks very much - especially to Elliot, who could not have been more helpful and attentive.

Brilliant fun took my 8yr old son and his friend and they had a blast, Friendly and helpful staff and was great to experience all the games. Wasn’t too full either as we went at 11:30

I visited high-score a couple of months before this visit and a lot of the machines were broken sand the kids got bored as there wasn't a lot of games they enjoyed.
Thinking this may just have been a one off we then went back recently and again a fair amount of the machines were not working, none of the games had been updated from the prior visit a few months earlier.
It was quite busy so they games the kids wanted to play were unavailable most of the time. There also seemed to be a high proportion of driving games (at least 1/2 of the working machines) which is ok if you like driving games but limits your choices if you don't.
Again after about 1/2 an hour all my kids said they wanted to go as they were bored.
Don't think I will risk another visit as for the six of us it is quite expensive

We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience with us being not up to par with the standard we hold for ourselves here at HighScore.
We do state in our briefing to let our staff know if any games aren't working as they should - most games have quick fixes that our staff are versed on to keep the arcade running smoothly and if it's something our staff are unable to fix right then and they can make the people who come and service our games aware of these issues so that they can be fixed or get the correct parts needed.
And as much as we do try to switch out or games as often as possible we cannot guarantee a completely different experience each time people visit us.
We thank you so much for your effort to give us a fair chance and we are sorry we did not meet your standards. Nevertheless we really appreciate you leaving us a review so we can continue to improve. :) From the team @HighScore 👾🕹

My son came for his birthday party today. Sid was the party organiser and was amazing! Really encouraging with all the children, the rest of the staff were really friendly could not fault them enough! Fab atmosphere, great staff and perfect facilities. Top notch arcades thank you!
