What a brilliant holiday start to finish , flight to New York went smoothly , as we arrived the transfer was there waiting with good communication where to meet , check in was simply and the hotel was great with excellent location , New York was unbelievable and made so easy using the go city pass , we gave Zak a tough task of book us in New Jersey for our last night , the envue hotel that Zak booked was amazing ! The transfer picked us up from there back to jfk to return home which all went smoothly also , I’d like to thank Zak and the blue lotus team once again for creating another outstanding holiday ! Already booked the next with Zak !

Booked a holiday with Yaz, nothing was to much trouble, I was back and forth with changes, certainly made it difficult. Very patient, I would definitely book with them again.

I received great service from Armi who found good flights at the right price. Definitely recommend this travel agent!!!

I think it’s fair to say our trip to Iceland 29Dec-3Jan, has to be up there with one of the best holidays we’ve had!
Nick @ Blue lotus went above and beyond putting this holiday together for us. I had so many questions about the trip and wanting to keep changing dates and the excursions around, different hotels, upgrading and changing rooms, but nothing was too much hassle. Nick went above and beyond and guided me through it all with ease. To top it off he beat all other competitors with the price.
We done multiple excursions, northern lights, golden circle, south coast, whale watching, blue lagoon and sky lagoon which was all incredible. Nick also gave me some options for things to do NYE which again, turned out to be a night of fun memories and definitely one we won’t forget.
I will certainly be using BLV again for future breaks.
Thank you again for organising this trip as it did not disappoint and is for me the trip of a lifetime. It was wonderful! 🫶🏼

My son and I really enjoyed our trip to Iceland. Trip was very well organised by Nick throughout, from the very moment of the booking to all the way until we arrived back home safely. Any time I had a question or doubt prior to the trip he would immediately respond and clarify them! Top notch trip to end 2024!

Irah from blue lotus has been very helpful to help us find an urgent flight to Dubai
She has a good customer service .
She always answer your inquiries straight away. I’m very grateful for her immediate response with my issues to the company regarding charging 2 months extra amount of money for a flight that I haven’t use from my account. The company was answered my call for my queries but I spend too much charges from my phone abroad upon calling the direct line.
It was a stressful situation while I’m away to sort all this things out.
Luckily Irah was supported me until it was sorted.

I’ve booked to visit Iceland in the forthcoming year. I found the process incredibly easy and Aiden was patient and extremely helpful when developing a package that exactly suited our needs! Perfect package and flexible and reassuring service provider!
