Very surprised and very upset by my visit to the fnac of chatelet les halles to buy a phone... the seller promises 100 euros in voucher without being asked anything at all and does not even ask the question before cancelling my current fnac card???? He just tells me to give him the code received by SMS without explaining anything and I end up with a fnac card linked to virtual security???? And private insurance???? All for almost 50 euros (9.99 + 28 and some). I receive at least 6 emails explaining the multitude of services that I have never asked for and that I have NEVER BEEN EXPLAINED! When I come back to explain myself with the seller, he gets up and runs into the store (I walk behind him) telling me that he never hid anything; but it is obviously only then that he hands me the prospectus talking about his "virtual security", telling me to cancel by scanning the QR code if it does not suit me. He started talking to me very dryly, to the point where I had to tell him that he had no reason to get upset with me because he didn't explain anything and I'm the one losing money. Very bizarre experience, bordering on theater so astonished to experience it in a national brand. If anyone from the Fnac comes through here, I want you to know that you were extremely stressed and saddened. Money does not grow on trees, we warn people when we try to sell them for 50€ per month of insurance. I've already cancelled virtual security, but if I can't cancel private insurance, I'll come back until I get justice. You are thieves and push people into debt with your contracts and consumer credit.

There's nothing to buy in the premises. It became an online store. It's not worth buying there. It's expensive and they don't have what they show on the web

I go to the Fnac des Halles which I have frequented since the 80s... To accompany a friend to buy an iPhone, few customers. No seller available, they are there having fun chatting with each other. I was given a sneaky assurance by purchasing a product in your store!!!! Which I can no longer get rid of. One for 24 euros and another for 10 euros. It was when I went to my bank that I noticed the scam. I went there the next day to get an explanation but they look down on you saying but
you signed. Yes I signed but not for insurance. It was just added on top. You are just a bunch of thieves. I understand why people order online.!!!!! And apparently it is commonplace in your Chatelet Les Halles store to do this kind of practice.

If you're looking for English fantasy books, you're better off looking elsewhere! The vinyl department, on the other hand, is an absolute dream and offers a huge selection.

Withdrawal of order which took me for a thief even though I am an FNAC member, I had my Disability Card which is equivalent to an identity card (see Senate) and I paid by my Fnac account they refused to
Place my order without my ID card. I showed them the payment to Fnac on my bank. And the two of them became aggressive, staying next to me like police officers. I will file a complaint against them. I should have just canceled my
Order made on site. And I would have bought it directly with my bank card in front of them at the store. But their intellectual level is not up to this type of solution. It is the service manager at the TV level who caused Fnac to lose money. They will be happy at FNAC headquarters KNOWING that he does not work in the interest of FNAc, he is just there to do nothing. Look at the photo you will understand that he must take revenge on others in relation to his little life as a little boss with his little power at work. Who cares, we'll go somewhere else. As I left I saw them both again later still doing nothing and chatting in a corner. Well done while we work

I didn't like it at all that they took away our family card without warning us. Frankly, there's no better way to throw us into the arms of Amazon! But I still go there again because it's always interesting to get opinions from sellers when they are nice (not like the one from philosophy-history who pretends that his device no longer works so that I don't have to cash in our ten pounds) and to browse before deciding and above all to discover new products that you would never have thought of buying. I find that the salespeople are better even if I can understand that sometimes they don't have a smile and must be fed up. But I think they should realize that 1) if they are not nicer we will no longer take the time to go to FNAC and it would be a shame to leave the monopoly on books to the American giant and that 2) we could also want to support the small Parisian bookstores who go out of their way to be innovative and super nice!

Like (very) many people, a salesman from FNAC - les Halles made me secretly subscribe to a guarantee via "Garantie Privée" which I do not need, by completely lying to me about the conditions: he indicated that this was a guarantee included in the cost of my headphones, but I was charged 17.99 euros and I now discover that these charges will be MONTHLY. I made a complaint and opposition with my bank. But avoid this type of disappointment: RUN AWAY PURELY AND SIMPLY.

Although I love strolling there to find good reading, on several occasions, I have encountered a cold welcome from the cashiers, they barely answer you when you say hello to them, you hand them your membership card, and they make a condescending gesture as if saying “put that near my cash register, d*ck”, and so on…

Good morning,
I paid the 7th round trip for my train ticket to pick up the book I had ordered from the market. Arriving at Fnac I queue, I give my barcode to collect my order. The book they bring me has the 4th cover page creased and torn. This is the only book in stock and I am told that I have to collect it and go to the checkout (crowded with people) to get a refund. I refuse to get the book back and wait in line again to get a refund. The status of my order is in order withdrawn even though I refused to withdraw it. In addition, I can't find any contact space to make my complaint, I don't have Facebook and have to create an account on messenger. When books are damaged, please inform customers before making them travel for nothing.
