Chef Simon led the group through a variety of knife skills from vegetable prep to filleting a fish to butchering a chicken. All done with patience and good humour in a friendly atmosphere and eveyone on the course appeared to be both enjoying themselves and learning at the same time. Some tasty treats to try along the way. An excellent course for inexperienced or nervous cooks who want to develop good basic knife skills.

I attended the Spanish Tapas course recently and will definitely be trying others. It is a really well thought out set up and the demonstrations and range of dishes we made were top notch!
It was a very sociable course and half way through we sat down all together and tried our dishes so far then recommenced cooking and then sat down again to try.
It is recommended you take Tupperware as the portions are generous so my family, who bought this as a birthday gift, were able to enjoy a taster platter each when I got home!
I will be looking at the other courses available as I really enjoyed this!

Sophia was such a good tutor and a lovely lady.

Really good experience, Bhav looked after us so well, and Ne, excuse me if I have an incorrect spelling was fab with her tuition of our Thai cookery course. We made 3 dishes, pad Thai, dumplings and a green Thai curry. Yes we all make green Thai curry, but there are some tips we just don’t know, am I going to share NO.. treat yourselves and go visit this cookery course,

A fantastic cookery course, fun, informative, professional and Sofia and Bhavna were so welcoming and friendly. Great for beginners to more experienced cooks. Highly recommended.

I attended an Indian class last week. I really enjoyed it. I picked up some useful tips.
We were well looked after by Bav. She was very friendly and happy to answer any questions from the group. She explained things clearly and was patient !
Only thing I would change , Bav made us some onion bhangies which were really good but I'd have loved to have made my own. Same with the rice. I can't do rice and Bav made a big batch for us all which was just kinda simmering in he background.
The group sze was 10 witch was a good number. I would / will definitely book more courses at MKCS. I can highly recommend.

Clear instructions from Bhavna, great results - very tasty! Good recipes and easy to follow. Pleasant guys on our course, not too many to be overcrowded - perfect.

Friendly and relaxed class. I definitely have improved my techniques in cooking overall, not just Spanish Tapas cookery. I would do this again - it was a lot of fun.

I was given this course as a Valentines gift from my husband and throughly enjoyed it. The lady taking the course Bav, was an excellent host and introduced everyone to everyone. With 7 people on our course it was still a very personal experience. I learned about Indian spices and how to cook a traditional Indian meal including Naan and delicious mango chutney. At the end we all sat down to eat our creations with a very warm hearted lively discussion. We had a great group of people who all interacted very well.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and can’t wait for the next course.

Good Afternoon
We have been given a voucher for a cookery course but can't seem to get hold of anyone to book it on the contact details that cam with the voucher and the website is no longer active. Please can anyone let me know how to find out what courses are running and how we can book on them as they sound fantastic and we are keen to go.
