I went with my family , we did Alice in Puzzleland , Emma was very helpful and friendly and gave us some great tips on how to get the best from the experience
It was the 1st time I'd had been and would definitely return and try a different room

Had a blast in 'Our Finest Hour' with our GMs Em, Tom and Hadley. All stayed in character while they helped us through the WWII themed room. Thanks for such a great time and would highly recommend having them run your games!

had em, tom and hadley as our games masters/hosts and had the most wonderful time in our finest hour! they’re all so accommodating and lovely to chat to, and we got out in 54 minutes!! will be back<33

Really had a great time at Basingstoke and Ruben our Game Master was so very nice and helpful. Even though we did not escape we still loved it and would come back again for sure, there were only two of us but super fun.

We had a great time! It's the best escape room we've done. The props were good and the staff made it a really easy to understand.

Our group have done escape rooms separately before but this was the first time we got together to do one and I was so pleased that this room isn't ridiculously hard or geared towards massive groups!
It's totally doable and really really fun!!
Super cute decor, we would definitely visit again if we were in the area.
The only odd part is that reception isn't manned and we were alone in reception for about 10 mins when we arrived despite ringing the bell. They had drinks on offer but when I asked for one it never arrived 🫢 maybe they need a receptionist or a vending machine

It was Doctor Who themed and as I don't know it, some of the references went over my head but my partner enjoyed it. It was a good time but it wasn't as clear as I had hoped so we needed a but more support than I would have liked to be able to complete it. Overall it was really fun and definitely something I'd do again.

Escape room was in poor condition with many broken parts, explanation/clues were very vague, sections had to be completed in order so only 2 people could participate at any one time whilst remainder watched. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Our experience here was fantastic! Upon arrival you’re placed in a seating area and can play a few games such as Jenga or Connect4. Our host Tom was lovely and humorous and went through everything step by step to our all worries at ease!
