This was my second ever escape room, and my husband’s first. I was worried doing it in a pair and thought we’d never complete it in the hour given, even if we had a week, no chance haha!
Archie was honestly amazing, it’s rare to come across someone like Archie who puts you both at ease straight away, a great sense of humour and always in character. A few times we needed a hint, but you’re not given the exact answer and honestly, that’s better, just a hint, look here, think about this, even a piece of information that only just about makes sense but helps you. The perfect level of hint!
The escape room itself (we did Breaking the Law) was very well thought out, put together and well maintained, some things in the 2nd room felt a bit faded (when you lay down and look up), but it fits with the theme to be honest.
I’ve tried really hard not to give anything away here as it really is worth the visit and if you’re worried about going as a couple, trust the process, trust each other and most of all, work together!
Thank you Archie for making the experience so perfect, you’ve started what I believe will be a new date night experience for us, which we very much needed.

Absolutely class, Loved it. Good level of hints as well as a challenging experience. Made the trip all the way from the top of Scotland so was well worth it.

A cut above other escape rooms we've done. Originality of games, quality of props, friendly, helpful, and professional service. We will definitely go again.

This was my first experience in a escape room (physically at least) and it was a fantastic time! The room we went to (breaking the law) was a really interesting well thought out escape room. What surprised me the most was how varied the puzzles were, without spoiling lets just say it required a lot of different skills to solve everything. Also worth mentioning was our host, who was a great mix of supportive, attentive and friendly. We will definitely look to try out some of the other rooms in the near future and would encourage anyone to check this one out!

Me and my partner have been to this venue so many times now and we love it! The rooms are so detailed and puzzles are challenging but cater to everyone's strengths. Our favourite room has to be Dark Deeds and Groceries, difficult but very rewarding. For groups we'd recommend Breaking The Law, think we managed to set the record for it too woo hoo!! Big shout-out to Agent Savannah for being an awesome host for multiple games and keeping the experience fun and immersive.

Went for an away day we work and we were split into teams to play one of two games. Our team played “The Disappearing Duchess.” Quite challenging but we got lots of clues (and also extra time - thank you 🙏🏼) Lovely team but the space in our game was quite confined for four of us so I’d recommend no booking for a larger group than that, especially if you get stuck at the first lever for a while. Great fun but you need your wits about you!

My children attended the summer camp and had the best time. It was really well priced and they absolutely loved it. I would 100% recommend!

Thank you so much for this fantastic review. I am so pleased your children had the best time at our Summer Camp. It's so lovely to hear they loved it, especially as this was the first time trying something new. We absolutely loved hosting the Summer Camp and was lovely to see the children being creative and coming up with their own ideas for an Escape Room. We hope to roll this out next Summer so we would love to see you all again then!

As 2 mums with 4 bored young teenagers our mission, The Disappearing Duchess Part 1, far exceeded our expectations and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable time solving the mystery. Special thanks to Agent Lauren who was really helpful and friendly and played her part very well! We will be back for part 2 next holidays!

Fantastic escape room experience today in Basingstoke. Savannah was patient, friendly, great fun and the hints were timed perfectly and didn’t give too much away. Breaking the Law was pitched at the right level to include the 11 & 12yr olds in the group whilst keeping the adults interested too. Would definitely try one of the other rooms in the future.

What ages do you recommend?

Hi Elaine. The games are built for teens upwards, but 10 to 13 year olds can play with an adult in the room. Hope that helps

How many people per group? Looking to do a team bonding activity therefore possibility of 10 people, would this be possible for all of us in one session?

Hi Emily, 10 people in one session would be absolutely fine. We have 2 identical 1950s based missions, each with a capacity of 7 players, so you could split into two teams of 5 and effectively race the team next door!
We do also have a 1920s based mission with a capacity of 6! Hope this helps!

Hi there. We have a simple pricing structure of £20 per person. However many you take to a room, it's just yours. We won't fill the spaces with others. Also, worth checking our website as we have a number of promotions running too :-)
