Expensive as all escapes rooms are but we had fun as a family. Good variety of challenges. Lots of little puzzles for big and little people to solve. Great time had by all.

Ho Ho Hurry as Swindon - Simon was utterly brilliant as our ‘elf’. He absolutely made the experience. Such a fab family game that we could all enjoy of all ages. Would highly recommend.

Really good fun experience. The venue appeared a little run down from the outside but the waiting room and escape rooms were brilliant. The room was very challenging but support was good and room challenging but not impossible. It was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Reasonable value for money as well and there are also nearby places for a meal/drinks and parking afterwards.

I have done around 15 escape rooms across the world, and this one is easily up there with the best. We did the ‘tortured soul’ room. The theming is incredible, the suspense is so frightening, but the main feature i loved was the intelligence of the puzzles and how they fit into the story perfectly. We will be coming back to do another room, especially since our game guide was so friendly and seemed to love what he does, which is a huge positive. Thanks for the experience, but we hate you for scaring us like that!!! definitely recommend.

Thank you for the great review and well done on a challenging escape! We really appreciate a team who can get immersed in a game. Dig the spooky vibs, talk to the ghosts and feel that shiver run up your spine. It was wonderful to meet you both and I hope to lock you again the next time you're venturing to London.

We had the best time doing the Tortured Souls room as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kiddos). Simon was hilarious and really made the whole experience fun. The rooms were tricky (he didn't lie at the briefing!) but with a little help over the radio on 2 o a couple of occasions we made it out with 27 Seconds to spare! Will definitely be back to do the other room soon.

We have now played both games at incarcerated and have thoroughly enjoyed them both. The puzzles are well connected and there is a good mix. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a well constructed escape room.

Having completed both rooms now, we would certainly recommend a trip here (or two!). Two of us competed Conspiracy in June, and whilst challenging enough, was simple enough that one adult, a teen and a few clues could make it through. We then came back again with a fear-loving 12 year old in tow to help Abigail. I would say the 12 year old was sufficiently spooked to still enjoy it, but give them a bigger dose of fear than they had perhaps anticipated. We some how got out of the harder room quicker! But both rooms were great. The games master was fun, engaging and funny. If another room is built, we will be back. Or maybe we will come back in a while to see if we can beat our previous times!

Really enjoyed the experience.
We've played both rooms and they are our favourites in Swindon.
Well thought out puzzles that are difficult enough. The host was engaging and obviously has a passion for escape rooms. Hints were given when we were on the wrong track too long.
Really looking forward to what they come up with next.

Hello,
We price ourselves as competitively as possible within the escape room industry, you will find both cheaper and more expensive around the country.
As for why, we have to support quite an infrastructure to ensure that we can run games, we are always either developing new rooms or looking at rolling over existing rooms and of course we have to pay our staff, broadband, rent and all of the other bills!
