This elegant statue of Her Majesty, The Queen, and her corgis had been installed in the park as a part of the Diamond Jubilee Year celebrations. It’s a hidden treasure in a large open park with a playground and a fun water feature about 8 minute walk from the train station.

A pleasant green space has a couple of fine sculptures as well as a water feature that spouts intermittently. And impressive it is when in full flow.
A charming sculpture of the late Queen with her beloved Corgis is beautifully rendered, and poignant.
Other Royal celebrations are marked with an imposing Jubilee Obelisk that has a number of plaques. Erected in 1810 one inscription honours HM Queen Charlotte and her August Family to witness the roasting of an ox.
Resonating, another proclaims a Diamond Jubilee Ox Roast in 2012.

This park contains a lovely statue of the Queen and her corgis. There is also a water splashpad and a nice play park. This is quite close to the main street so is easy to walk to

Rude employee at the ice cream stall, approached a young group of girls and shouted aggressively at them to not use the bins to put their rubbish away. He continuously kept shouting across the park to them and told them to go back to school and get a life!

Everytime I come with my husband the same group of teens are drunk or are throwing conkers at kids. So stopped taking my grand kids here as they have been hit 3 times 😡😡

This small park is located a little way from the tourist bustle in the centre of Windsor, so it’s easily missed but worth finding and enjoying. It has quite a big kids play area and a number of unusual features. One is a ground level fountain with water jets of varying heights. There’s an affectionate sculpture of the Queen with her corgis. Near one of the entrances there’s an obelisk, which dates back to the early 19th century and has inscriptions and a plaque marking various events that have taken place in the park, including two ox roasts to commemorate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee and a visit by Queen Charlotte in 1801. There’s a cafe building in the centre.

When I passed through the park, autumn leaves were falling in the strong wind. It's not in the main street so this small park is easily missed. It is more of a playground for children.

A great little park when attempting to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourism in the castle. The water fountains are fun for the children to play in and the play area has a large range of fun climbing, balancing and swinging apparatus.

So nice to find a quiet area to sit and contemplate by the water fountain. Lovely play area for the children far enough away so not too noisy but in good line of sight. Nice clean toilet facility and ice cream shop too.

Denna lilla park som innehåller The Queen Walkway, skulpturgruppen The Queen and Corgi samt ett vattenspel och även toaletter. En bit ifrån slottet så det är befriande lugnt här.
